«The apartment was nice, good location, bigger than expected, and the building has many amenities like gym, pool, grills, lounge that are very good. But the apartment was extremely dirty, all of it, kitchen, carpet, night table, closet, sheets, Flor, etc There was no toilet paper when I got there, one, one of the 2 towels was soaked, no shampoo or soap. I think is the worst experience that I've ever had staying at an apartment.»

«The apartment itself and the property it was located in was perfect. My wife and I got some time away from the kids and loved getting to go down to the gym in the morning and to the HUGE hot tub in the evenings. It's located near the heart of downtown Phoenix and walkable distance to a lot of great places to eat/drink/be entertained. Would certainly stay here again. I will say that there weren't many instructions (like how to connect to wifi or where the amenities were located) or suggestions of ...
