«The neighborhood is incredible. The Japanese Friendship Garden is basically down the block, and the locals are fit-melenial-types. The train to down town is very close, and there are lots of walkable eateries on Rosevelt Row. My only complaint is that the shower head in our room was not ideal, only two settings and neither provided satisfying coverage. But that's a minor bother. »

«This place in Phoenix needs a new pastry chef. We had desserts a couple of times, and they were not good. If you put a pastry disk on top of a pudding, you should be able to put your fork through it. If you get a pastry disk with canned peaches on it, it should be fresh. Introduce better desserts with a new pastry chef. »

«The property was really nice and the suite was spacious; however, the housekeeping staff did not service our room the last day. Overall, the location is convenient and there was access to restaurants, sporting venues, and the convention center.»
