«This is a lovely little cottage. One bedroom, very loved hide a bed in the living area. It’s clean and well appointed, and best of all they allow us to have our golden retriever stay. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach. Just a short little drive. Our dog got to run off leash at the beach, and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Manual’s Mexican restaurant, The price was very reasonable. We hope to be back.»

«Quaint, charming, perhaps a little outdated and neglected (screens on door were ripped, had to get down on hands and knees to turn on old heater). So why did I rate it a 5? It was everything I wanted - an authentic 1920s cottage right on the creek, that wasn't charging an arm and a leg. The setting can't be beat! Would highly recommend!»

«We had a wonderful stay at the adorable cottage. Everything was perfect. I definitely would recommend this as an alternative to a hotel. Super cute, well furnished, comfortable and the Sextant winery and tasting room is right next door which is also amazing with awesome customer service, wine and panini sandwiches.»

«We stayed at this cottage for 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute! Susanne is super friendly and hospitable. The cottage is really comfortable and well-stocked for cooking. The beautifully landscaped private yard is perfect for relaxing and soaking in the sun. There's so many things nearby to hike and explore. So sad to leave, but can't wait to return!»

«Comfy bed; good shower pressure. Very quiet at night. We walked on the beach every day. We ate at Schooner's and The Sea Shanty, and got take out from Federico's, Surfside Pizza, and Thai Elephant in Morro Bay. We hiked on the Estero Bluffs, Fiscalini Ranch in Cambria, and took a day trip to the Carrizo Plain National Monument.»

«The cabin is definitely really cozy. Sadly, there were a few issues like the AC unit, but Eric quickly dealt with that which I deeply appreciated. I loved the location. If you want privacy, this is the place to be. I slept well every evening. And the cleaning lady, Toni, was great. I had forgotten my toiletry bag and she went out of her way to make sure I got it back.»

«Cypress Cottage was the best pet friendly property we have stayed at. Our little dog loved sunbathing on the deck and our 9 month old got his best sleep to date in the pack n play set up in the guest room. The property was not booked the night before our trip so the host reached out and let us know we could check in a couple of hours early which was huge with a baby who naps in the afternoon. Thank you for the best experience!»

«We really liked the property and had a great time in the area. This property was perfect for my wife an I. We didn't need much from the property owners, but they were attentive when we had questions and made sure we had what we needed for a great stay. While the property is right on highway 49 we didn't get disturbed in any way by vehicle traffic. The cottage is very nice and comfortable. »

The cottage and the gardens are something out of a Hans Christian fairy tale. Hillary is incredibly responsive and clearly takes great care of the cottage with love. Pure perfection.»

Inviting, comfy down comforter & empty dressers/night stands with plenty of outlets & giant TV in the bedroom.
