We needed a place to sleep and shower and this cute, clean and convenient apartment was perfect. We were able to walk to 6 spots from The Lobster Pot down to Smith's Barcadere. «The grove is located across the street from the beach! There is access to multiple restaurants and bars within the apartment complex. There is a gym and bike/kayak rental. Not to mention a grocery store and liquor store as well. The staff at the restaurants were very accommodating and knowledgeable. Luxury gem in the cayman 👌»

«Super host, they thought of every thing you'd need in the kitchen. Its a newly built place in pristine condition. There were some fluctuating water temperatures in the shower but no big deal for us.The location is convenient for exploring the entire island, quiet neighborhood away from the bustle of the 7 mile beach zone. «If you enjoy relaxing on the ocean without crowds or the hustle and bustle of the west side of Cayman, Sand is a wonderful quiet place to vacation. We found the snorkeling to be some of the best on the island, just be prepared to walk over a rocky bottom for about the first 20 feet. Paul and Fay Anne are great hosts and we enjoyed getting to know them.»

«I was super nervous about booking with a newish listing on VBRO but this place was so close to the Turtle Centre so I went for it. I do not regret anything! We would definitely stay there again! We felt safe in this peaceful little area. Yes there was construction all around but that didnt bother us a bit. Lots of facebook groups said not to stay in west end but we had 0 issues at all. We went to the Turtle centre 5 times, dolphin discovery, did a tour with Captin Marvins to snorkel the barrier ...
