«What a gem! We loved our stay at Mendo Bungalow. It’s charming, quiet, super clean & comfortable. The managers go the extra mile to make guests comfortable. Chairs on the lawn with a fantastic view, s’mores kits, water bottles in the room. Every thoughtful detail—so nice to settle in for the night in a place like this. Also very close to Mendocino—4 minute drive to restaurants, stores, coastal walks, etc. »

«This is a truly special property. It was so beautifully finished that I assumed it was a second home. When I read their photo book about the process of remodeling it as a vacation rental, however, I was both impressed and inspired. This is simply a perfect property in a beautiful location. Could not have asked for more or better. My only suggestion for future visitors is to make sure you screen shot check-in directions because cell service and even data service are spotty at best in this area ...

«Surfood Getaway was perfectly located minutes from downtown Mendocino and close to lots of hiking. The house was clean and decorated well. Lots of parking and 4 rooms for a big family. We enjoyed cooking and watching movies on the big screen TV. Kitchen items need an upgrade. There's only one frying pan and it is well used and icky. Only one hot mitt that is so thin you burn your hands pulling things from the oven. No cutting board. Neighbors dogs are almost always outside and they bark ...

«We loved the house! Upon entering, the first thing that came to my mind was "WOW, what a steal!" Picturesque views and the proximity to town made our vacation so enjoyable! Loved the little path down to the beach, definitely wish we had done that more. Just a few downsides though. The bed wasn't that comfortable for us, but that's just a preference for a firmer bed. Also the "paperwork" was a bit much and a little annoying. Other than that, we had a very good time and highly recommend this ...

«This home is a great vacation spot. The home feels like a cabin, but is very large to give everyone space. We sat on the deck and enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding green. We also enjoyed using the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked and the home is perfect for groups of 6 to 8 people. Be aware that there is no laundry access so pack accordingly. This was a spectacular home in one of my favorite places on earth and made for a wonderful week at the coast.»

«This was our yearly mother daughter trip for me & my bestie. This tiny home is located by the Fort Bragg harbor. It was clean, spacious and an overall great little rental. My Mom is in a wheelchair so the downstairs room & bathroom were perfect for her. They have a wheelchair lift out front, which was much appreciated. The rest of us stayed upstairs in the loft bedroom. Loved the quick access to the harbor & restaurants. Will definitely recommend this place to others.»
