«My wife and I spent four days at the Gull. The location is excellent. Just around the corner and you are on the beach. Just one block walk and you are in Siesta Key old town eating and shopping. The air conditioning is a little different. Utilizing widow units and portable units. The portable unit’s exhaust air causing the bungalow to be in a huge negative. «We came to Sarasota to celebrate my MIL’s 95th birthday. She resides at the Sarasota Bay club which is .6m from the property so it was very convenient. We found the property to clean and in good order. The beds were comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, the AC worked well and the exterior was well lighted at night.»

«Perfect location across the street from the beach access. Management company slow to respond to issues with refrigerator and Wifi. Couldn't use freezer for most of the week and Wifi was never repaired the last 3 days of trip. Disappointing given the cost of this high-end rental where I would expect to be able to use the freezer to store groceries for the week. Instead we had to throw most of them out.»

«We were on a 2 week vacation to relax and rest. Our stay at Octopus Gardens did not disappoint!! Location was minutes from downtown, beaches and shopping!!! Easy drive from airport.
