Hadde generelt et bra opphold. Servicen er veldig bra! Stranden og bassengområdet er fint. Maten er stort sett god. Minus for et rom som luktet mugg, et ventilasjonsanlegg som luktet urin og bråkete uteområde. Litt slitne hotellrom. Passer kanskje best for de som skal feste hele dagen (og natten), eller barnefamilier.

It was not the best, and not the worse
The Mexican restaurant was so so, the aircondition has it own life, it's either a ice cube or Hawaii in the room. The standard is the room was not the best. The good thing was cleaning, Italian, sea food restaurant, and buffet. The service was good.

The hotel was not big which was nice. You did not have to walk a long distance to get any where. The restaurants were good. Staff were excellent. Beach was the perfect size. The room was perfect.

We had a great vacation.the staff in the buffet restaurant are amazing.the one thing we didnt like was it was hard to get in and out of the ocean its a bit rocky.we have stayed here for 3 years in a row so we knew to bring water shoes,that helps to get in and out of the ocean.the ocean is very calm,really good for small children.we would definitely go back.

very noisy if you stay in the north units, ferry noise, delivery trucks back up beeepers, and parking garage with alarms going off. did not get much rest. food was good, i liked that you didn't have to get up early to make reservations. the beach is very small, rocky. lifeguards blowing whistles all the time, security is very tight here, always walking around.

We had dishes sit out in front of our room for 3 days (these were not from us but from the previous occupants). Food at the buffet was limited to very few choices. Bar inside the lobby ran out of tequila on Sunday afternoon. Beach bar ran out of rum the previous day.

The beach is one of the worst in mexico, its small and there's no waves. The management will be slow and you probably wont get the room you paid for, and if you tell them that you've paid for another room, they'll get angry about it. If you stay awake after 11h and you get on the beach, you'll see that the security act like jail guard, they'll flash their flashlight every 3 minutes to make sure you don't smoke.

We would like to clarify the information about the room assigned, we regret that the category selected was not as you expected as our front desk staff mentioned, there is a difference between the standard balcony room to the terrace one, and we regret your dissatisfaction with the room assigned, however, we provide the category according to the reservation, we also lament not been informed about the room condition, otherwise we could offer you an alternative. We are sorry to hear that the general law for tobacco control has not been to your liking and we would like to take this opportunity to clarify that we have a smoking area in the motor lobby area which is signposted. I felt unsafe. I asked the front desk why mine was different from a friends and they said one thing and then another member said they noticed the color bracelet I had and how it meant something else. The staff member that helps with explaining the resort, dinner, excursions and the like kept telling me I should go to an island excursion. I kept saying I had plans of my own and he said it multiple times not reading the room. No one said if you don't make a reservation you have to pay for food. The snack food 24/7 is disgusting. I was given the wrong room and then when I went back to the desk to change it they seemed like I was a bother. The room they put me in had a door that barely closed and light was coming through the edges. They didn't care about noise because people were extremely loud into the late hours of the night/morning. I had to put a chair by my door because I felt unsafe again with people being so loud and my door barely shutting to lock. I asked to modify my reservation and they said it was up to my booking agent (Expedia). I explained multiple times and showed my emails how Expedia said it was the property's discretion and they would not do anything.

La verdad es que el hotel me parece que está excelente, la comida, la variedad, las instalaciones, las recámaras, los shows, las bebidas, la alberca, el servicio, todo. Las áreas de oportunidad el check in fue muy lento nos entregaron súper tarde nuestra habitación y la playa es muy pequeña

Trabajar en mejorar el aire acondicionado de la habitacion 236.esta pesimo..pase mucho calor y por tal motivo no podia dormir bien.despertando varias veces en la noche .si pasas el dia en la playa y piscina al sol.necesitas dormir en una habitacion con muy buen aire acondicionado.y alli el aire es pesimo.

Nothing is walkable other than to the bus. Great place otherwise. There's better options for the solo, single traveler

The food in every restaurant and buffet tasted rerrible. Tried 5 didferent drinks and they were also terrible. Worst resort i have ever been to. Go someplace else. I told them our door did not shut properly and to send maintenance. They never did. We had to put a heavy table in front of door for our safety.

I have stayed at this property numerous times alone. The staff, ALL the staff have always made me feel so comfortable. PePe in the dining hall is delightful, remembers your favorite things and always so friendly. Highly recommended and I will be back!!!

Beautiful Property....Location was Excellent....i would definitely stay again....but like many of the other reviews state....the food was not good....i dont think was food in the snack area was changed at all in the entire 6 days that we were there....so as long as you find other food options...this place is GREAT....the STAFF WAS AWESOME and went above and beyond to accommodate us...outside of the food...i have no complaints....and the hotel will exchange your money....which i didnt know and it was a pleasant surprise....they also have a US dollar Atm as well as a Mexican Peso ATM....
