Greate all inclusive in the hotel zone
We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our visit. We had a beach front room and enjoyed time watching the sea for hours in peace. There are a lot going on around the pools, to much for our taste, the noice and pushy staff was troubling. Since we had beach front room, the room was much more quiet during the day. Down at the beach the atmosphere is calmer, and a bar provided drinks. The room had a large bath room and comfortable bed, the minibar was restocked daily with basics. We tried all the restaurants, and all four themed restaurants was greate, the Mexican really elevated. The buffet was a disaster in regards of service, most staff forgot to bring drinks (why are there not self service for basics like water, coffee and juice?). The food was decently tasting and good selection, but cutlery to serve food was sticky and mixed between dishes. The acoustics of the room was terrible! And while there were 10 bartenders on duty in the pool area during breakfast, doing nothing, the queue was going out the door. They have live music in the lobby bar in the evening, a good idea, but the volume was way too high for the room making it noise instead of pleasant background entertainment. All in all, would definitely consider coming back for the same amount of days for the all inclusive experience.

Ocean view is phenomenal and good size balcony. Buffet food was bad and cold. Italian restaurant for dining was disagreeable. Alcohol drinks are water down and all of them taste the same. Overall quality of food needs improvement Room service sometimes they didn't answer and i called more than 20 times. Delivery took at least 45 mins and a few times they didn't show up.

Property layout is fantastic. Perfect ocean view from the room. They clean our room everyday. Beach is beautiful -turquoise color. Wifi works great The beach bar closes at 5pm hours need to be extended. Alcohol drinks are water down and quality of ice is terrible they melt very quickly. Buffet food was cold and not good. Italian restaurant was horrible they do not have a classic alfredo pasta which you would find in any Italian. They do not have quality food. I got food poisoning

My stay was incredible. The rooms/grounds were so beautiful and clean. The staff was amazing everywhere you went. This was my first time in Mexico, and I cannot recommend this resort enough. The buffet options were amazing. The restaurants were delicious. Noriku was my personal favorite. The only thing that was a little shady to me was at check in they wanted a credit card on file and were trying to charge me $400 for an upgrade that I didn’t want. When I said I didn’t want that they brought it down to $100. I rejected that as well and they didn’t end up putting my card on file. Asking for an upgrade rather than forcing the upgrade would probably be received better. Just be aware of that if they ask for credit card.

Friendly staff, always something to do and something going on, the restaurants were great. The buffet got a little repetitive after a few days, but that's typical with any buffet. The resort was very clean, you always saw someone cleaning something. Definitely would return!

The staff here were absolutely amazing 24/7. This was our first mother daughter family vacation to Mexico and we were not disappointed in the least. This all inclusive hotel was an excellent mid price range hotel. Rooms were excellent as was the open beach front hotel layout. Even though we had courtyard facing room, there was still some ocean view! We purposely chose kids inclusive hotel although we were just two of us, and liked the family friendly ambiance. Buffet restaurant served excellent food. Of four specialty restaurants, we ate in Italian and Mexican, and only good things to say. Mexican fine food was the best we have ever eaten!!

NOTE: check in and housekeeping gets a 2 star. Unless we called every afternoon around 5pm, the rooms never got cleaned. Check in, the woman was a hot mess. Complicating things when they didnt need to be complicated. Other than that, everything was top notch. Food, rooms, bathrooms, amenities, the entertainment team! Bruno, Betty, Carlos and Jesus were all so great!! And whisky!!

They gave me my room at 6:30 pm when checking was at 3:00! They also suck you into purchasing and spending more in order to get better stuff program called enclave! The elevator in the oceanfront building was not working so we had to keep going up and down the stairs from the 6th floor!!! The room that was assign to me had many issues!! One being the ac not working!!! I called and talked to the manager and she did not offer me any discounts or change of room with all the issues that was wrong with my check in!! Even tho I ask if I can get some type of compensation! All she offered was for my mini fridge to be stock and room clean which by the way was included in the upgraded purchase I was sucked on purchasing!!!

My family and I, enjoyed our stay with small kids. Very kid friendly and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. Normally when you get nice hotels all inclusive, the food is either nasty or mediocre… every restaurant we dined at was good! Excellent experience thank you much Hilton for a great vacation!

I would recommend this resort. Very clean, the rooms were really nice and modern. We went end of April and resort wasnt too full which was nice. Pools were really good, beach was lovely. Food was not the best at the buffet. Restaurants were all okay to pretty good, with the Italian one standing out. Service and staff were all super nice and rooms kept super clean. Enjoyed our stay

The property is lovely and family focused. Everyone was courteous and ready to assist. I booked an oceanfront suit for myself and 8 year old daughter. The room was modern and very comfortable, and the bathroom was awesome. That said, the sea was much colder than anticipated, and because of the waves, there was a small area where everyone was permitted to swim in. If you’re looking for a family oriented resort, then this a suitable location.

Very chaotic check in experience then room was not the correct room had to return for correct room then the keys didn’t work had to go back for keys fixed. Such a chaotic check in, did not appreciate that after long travel. Also did not like that the jet tubs near deck are adults only now- my kids loved those so much last year it was such a disappointment they couldn’t use them at all this time. Kids club was great they had a blast there. Desserts were generally all pretty bad. Food was better this year than last year.
