Great resort for younger crowd
Great all inclusive hotel right on the beach. Food was much better than expected, especially the italian restaurant was fantastic abd Edilberto provided great service. The pizza corner makes really tasty pizza and the coffee shop was very concenient and nice. Rooms are large and comfortable with amazing views. Some light renovation is necessary here and there, but overall the standard fulfilled our expectations. I can recommend this hotel to friends and couples looking for a fun time, but for couples in need of a quiet holiday its not the right choice. Loud music is being played by pool area all day and during the evening until 22pm you can hear the music inside your hotel room. Claudia in the reception is a star and very professional and friendly! Stay clear of all the conceirges before and after check in - just tell them you are not interested in being shown around or need help with the map! All in all we had a great time and really enjoyed the hotel!

We enjoyed our stay, all the staff were so welcoming and helpful! Shoutout to the bartenders and restaurant staff (especially Gabino, Oliverio, Angel, Aurielo and Raymundo) for making amazing drinks and great conversation. The resort was beautiful and kept really clean!

My partner and I had a great time. The food and drinks were excellent, the staff was awesome and the servers give you top tier service! The only thing is that our room was super hot the whole day for every day we were there. Not sure if the AC was not working properly or that’s just how it is. But other than that everything else was great. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family that go to Cancun, and will definitely go back myself!

This food could be a little better not what I expected. Be aware if you scheduling a shuttle to the airport they will not notify you about the ride. I honestly think this property is working with the taxi drivers

We enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing and the hospitality of the staff was incredible. We really enjoyed the butler service willing and able to assist with every need. There is room for improvement in the alcohol choice, there should be more top shelf liquor available. Also, we didn't find the food at the buffet to be too enjoyable. Aside from this, it was a nice stay.

Overall our stay was satisfactory. My two critiques are food and beach/pool chairs. The food was very bland and mediocre. As far as the pool and beach chairs, it was a fight every morning to get one. The resort definitely needs to add more! On a positive note, the staff was absolutely amazing. We also enjoyed the adult swim up bar.

Best Resort in the Luxury Hotel. We booked the Royal tower room, and it was amazing. our personal butler, ( Rocia ) made sure that our stay is very comfortable form the very first day till we left. She went above and beyond with everything during our stay. Very kind and helpful. We did not have to worry about anything but to keep and enjoying ( as she would tell us everyday :-) ) Rozumel ( one of the staff from the Prime Rib restaurant ) was the coolest and most helpful person. One of the best waiter we have ever seen in the Resort. He made us feel so special everytime we go to the restaurant. Very kind and human being. Best resort to stay in the Hotel Zone in Cancun. we stayed there for few days, and it was really amazing. Do book the Royal Tower room. It will be cherry on the top.

Private beach access is great, hotel staff is ready to help. Rooms are terrible and need remodeling. AC wasn’t working in the room even after putting maintenance request.

Such a beautiful place to relax and even have fun! Everyone was so nice and helpful, the only issue we had was the constant trying to see timeshare. Everything else was great, from the vewis, the food, the entertainment and the staff. Would have gotten 5 stars if it werent for the peer pressure for the timeshare.

My husband and I have been going to Grand park royal for over 15 years. The staff is always amazing. Rocio, the butler in the royal tower, is very attentive and excellent! Edgar and Lolli in the Deli are fantastic. Great customer service.

The property is wonderful, it feels like its own little oasis. Food was ok, what we expected from an all-inclusive. The VIP treatment was amazing, our room in the royal tower was beautiful and our butler Yajahira was very accommodating. We were able to have access to the bali beds everyday, no issues with restaurant reservations, and having access to the steakhouse for breakfast & lunch was a nice step away from the busy international buffet. It was a very relaxing vacation for us.

This is my 3rd time staying at this resort!! I love it so much, so clean, hard working staff, delicious food, and safe!!! Also if you do want to go downtown is only like a 10 min walk!!

Our stay was wonderful. We were in Tower 2 and the room was wonderful. The view was amazing. Our butler was Rocío and she was so wonderful. We booked this type room for the view but were originally assigned a ground floor (no view) room. Rocio worked diligently to move us the next day and it was perfect. The rooms in Tower 2 have cabanas available on the beach and that helped make our trip perfect. The Italian restaurant had great dishes. We also enjoyed the Hibachi dinner at KOI. The only disappointment was the food served between 11-12:30–hamburgers, chicken wings, and pizza (at least they said it was pizza but more like a cracker with a little cheese in it). Because we ate breakfast early, it was a long wait for the buffet to open at 12:30. The staff was friendly and helpful. The adult pool was well maintained and very clean but usually very crowded and all chairs and shaded spots taken early so thankful we had a cabana on the beach.

We had a great time at GPR.The food was good .The animation team was excellent;Alejandro was amazing.We had the best time doing aerobics at the pool with him.However the administration of the hotel tries to sell vacation packages and honestly it was a nightmare ;it's basically harassment 😩They kept pushing and pushing .They kept us for over 3 hours trying to force a vacation club.This ruined our stay at GPR aside from that everything was great.

We greatly enjoyed our experience in the Jaccuzzi VIP room, with its exceptional room and butler service. The breathtaking ocean view and turquoise blue water were unparalleled. An added perk was the complimentary cabana, courtesy of booking the Jaccuzzi tower. Our butler provided impeccable service through WhatsApp.

Our butler,Jessica made all our reservations so we did not have to wait in line. Property was clean. Service was great. Favorites were: swim up room, butler, hibachi and oriental restaurants, roof top bar and adult only pool area with cabanas.

The taco bar with Tina and her staff was amazing. Tina is friendly and remembers everything about you. When she sees you walk in she immediately gets your food and drinks ready. I loved the rooftop bar, the Italian restaurant and the rooms. All rooms have ocean view! Dining at other restaurants like the buffet and the seafood restaurant needs improvement. My parents stayed at the main building and they complained how noisy and outdated are the facilities are on that side. The newer buildings are open a quiet.

I loved this property. The staff were amazing and accommodating. I had a butler. Her name was Jessica and she made sure our stay was a “WOW’” experience. Anything we needed she made sure we had it. The view was amazing from the room since it was ocean front. The room and the property was extremely clean. We loved the adults only pool with the swim up bar. I would stay at this property again.
