«Wer Ruhe und Natur liebt ist hier richtig. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind super nett und die gesamte Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert. Der Ausblick auf Rapallo ist grandios. Der Olivenhain rund ums Haus gleicht einem botanischen Garten. Pflanzen-Interessierten geht das Herz auf. Alleine der Aufstieg zum Haus ist sehr anstrengend und daher nur was für fitte Leute! Gepäck und Einkäufe können glücklicherweise mit einer Seilbahn nach oben ...

The host was so nice and helpful, and the walk down to the water from the house is definitely worth it. The views are spectacular from several vantage points, and we loved the indoor/outdoor feel of the property.»

«Tolles Haus! Die Betten sind bequem, die Küche gut ausgestattet und alles ist sehr sauber. Es gibt oben 2 Schlafzimmer und unten eins. Auf jeden Stockwerk ist ein Badezimmer. Gerade wenn man mit größeren Kindern reist, ist es toll, dass Eltern und Kinder ein eigenes Bad haben :-). Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und mit dem Auto ist man schnell im Ort, wo es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants gibt. Der Kontakt mit Barbara war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! ...

«perfect location if you want to visit conque terre, but you don't like the crowds all day! Deiva is a quiet village, with restaurants and supermarkets. Amd a train station for gast access to the conque terre. You don't need a car.»

«Leider ist der Kühlschrank schon sehr lange nicht gesäubert worden / innen und vor allem auch aussen sehr verdreckt / Geschirr auch nicht sehr sauber / Rest der Wohnung in gutem Zustand»

«We loved this property. The home is full of antiques but is very comfortable. We did need a car to get to the home. Sylvie recommended the restaurant, Peppen and it was the best place we have eaten in a long time. The owner was gracious and fed us way too much wonderful food. Stay a whole week to enjoy this property and the towns near by. Thanks to Alberto for sharing this home.»

«The Villa itself was spectacular. It was beautifully situated in the hills above Portofino and the views of the Ligurian Sea were striking. There was plenty of room for a family of 5 and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the many balconies and in the pool. Anura was hugely helpful … he made breakfast every morning, made our beds, cleaned the Villa, and served dinners during the evenings when we had a chef. «The property is in excellent condition and well maintained. Very peaceful and tou can hear the church bells every hour. We walked 45 minutes down the mountain to the town of Zoagli on the trail next to the property. Very intense but worth it. This property does have 50 stairs to get access to so prepare accordingly. Would stay here again without question.»

«Great old home decorated well in the mountains of small town. Naps pool side under the veranda listening to the nature all around was a daily event. We had plans to go to Portifino but never made it. The property was a nice escape after being in very crowded cities. I would stay here again if I ever make it back to Italy. Luisa was very sweet and helpful when needed.»
