Pésimo servicio de los empleados de la recepción, atendían de muy mala gana groseros y no te brindan ayuda, deberían de contratar personal que si les guste su trabajo. Para la limpieza de la habitación tienes que avisar 24 horas antes “lo cual hice” y no fueron, llamé para informar y fueron groseros cuando el personal de limpieza fue a asear mi cuarto yo me encontraba en el baño y se metieron sin autorización y me encontraron desnudo, fue un momento muy desagradable. No volvería jamás

Told the lady that I was handicapped. She put me upstairs all the way in the back in 219. The person behind me and in front got a downstairs unit. Did not state once that they were handicapped. I also parked in the handicap and showed her through the window my placard. Other than that everything was amazing! Very quiet and clean.

Checking in, Chris and Gabriel were super kind and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were nice and modern, and our room in the back was very quiet. The area around the property seemed very safe and there were great places to eat literally in walking distance. I’d stay here again in a second. Cristal at checkout was really great too. Excellent stay!!

Parking was very limited. No parking lot at all on my side of the building where I was staying. Had to walk quite a way and carry all my stuff the distance of the whole parking lot because there was no parking in front of the lobby and none at all in the vicinity of my room.

Basic property, nothing special. I think they cater mainly to construction workers. A lot of construction workers milling around and smoking pot. Smells strongly like marijuana at this property. Staff is nice and the rooms are fairly clean. Right next to the 101 freeway so bring earplugs if you’re going to be sleeping. Also, right by the outlet malls, so if you like to shop…..

Hotel is okay if you are looking for somewhere to stop for the night but keep in mind it is located very close to the highway and is very loud all night. We turned the AC all the way up but every 20 minutes or so, the AC would turn on louder and make a scratchy annoying sound. This went on all night. The walls were also very thin and you could hear everything happening outside. For the price though you get what you are paying for. Hotel room was updated and very clean. Lots of parking as well.
