«the cabin was a perfect small and very clean place and had everything that I needed. Everything worked and I felt I had access to everything I wanted. It would have been nice to have some steps to the creek/river as it may be hard for an older person or a non-athletic person. for me it was fine, but you had to hold onto trees and carefully navigate the short walk to the water. «Great spot between monarch and Salida. Hot tub worked great. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub not as private as the picture implies. Highway quite loud (woke kids up several times). Internet spotty at best. Kitchen had pots/pans/ dishes but zero condiments. Hard to prepare your own meals with nothing to add (ie olive oil, salt, pepper, ketchup etc). «This property is in a great location. A few miles from Monarch for great skiing and plenty of trails for snowshoeing in the area. We also love the close proximity of Salida, our favorite mountain town. Beautiful accommodations and private hot tub cannot be beat!»

«We stayed at one of those tiny homes. It was cute and comfortable for six of us. The only thing is the heater. it got really hot where the queen bed was, but all the other area stayed pretty cold. So some of us were sweating at night but some of us were freezing. Other than that we didn’t have any problems. Had beautiful view of mountains, got to see some deer on the site as well. Overall we very much enjoyed the stay!»
