Hotel is dated but pretty clean. Beds are super hard with tiny pillows. Food was ok. Same same everyday. Witnessed birds in the open food . Alcohol is watered down leaving you feeking bloated and sick.. Resort is mainly retired coupkes. I would recommend any other hotel but this one. .

This was our first time staying here and we’ve already booked our return trip. Families staying here from the neighboring cities and states. We loved the atmosphere everyone was so nice. The staff were so accommodating and nice, the beach and pools were amazing, except they close the pools at 6:00pmfor some reason. That would be the only thing that was not great.

The way you do the sign up for meals in the special restaurants is terrible! The line up to sign in is terrible. We never went ones to a special meal, and most of our meals where spent across the road at the sports bar 😥

This resort is nice over all. Rooms are cleans, staff is friendly, this biggest area of disappointment was the food. Most was bland/repeated. The dinner options that are typically more elevated, we still more simplistic- not bad but nothing excellent.

We stayed a week at this resort and loved our stay. The staff were so friendly from check in, during, and check out. The whole process was very seamless. The resort looks just as beautiful as it does in photos. There were several pools around, including an adults only pool, which we spent lots of time in. Only complaint was that the pools closed early (6/7pm)- but understandable as staff were cleaning the area for the next day. There were lots of activities to do throughout the day, and a different show each night. The theatre staff are so talented and was amazed by the performances. Food was alright. Standard for an all-inclusive place. The buffet selections rotate slightly each day. The a-la-carte restaurants could improve slightly with the booking process (bookings open up at 8am with limited seatings… and book up quick if you aren’t early!) The rooms are a bit dated but we didn’t mind. The rooms were always cleaned and supplied with fresh towels and toiletries. We wished the wifi was more accessible throughout the resort. There were only certain areas that had wifi. Overall, beautiful and reasonably priced resort to stay at!

The shows were excellent, the atmosphere excellent the service excellent food is good variety , just a couple of things like pork hard like rock and need a snack bar between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm If you can fix that You can easily get a 5 star rating because overall it is a great place for a family reunion thanks to all the hard working people for a great job from servers to house keeping great job

The staff was pretty good and friendly and there were shows every night which were pretty entertaining to watch. The major things I didn’t like were the amount of iguanas that were actually on the resort without warning. I accidently fell asleep at the pool and I woke up to a giant reptile chilling my my foot which caught me completely off guard considering when they feel threatened they slap you with their tail which hurts. There are no elevators period so hiking a giant suitcase up three flights of stairs with turns was unexpected as well. The rooms were a catfish from the pictures that are advertisers the rooms look more like a motel room and the bathroom doesn’t have a shower head. The water is cold as well and the pressure is low. The floor is dirty too so bring house shoes for the floor. The sheets in my bed had stains on it and the tables were stained from wet cups being left on it so you saw all the rings from the cups on the tables. And the lighting in the bathroom is also super dark. The food also was nasty, I was expecting Mexican food or something close in the culture but I didn’t get that.

We have been to this resort a number of times, and found this latest trip that the food options and the service was disappointing. Half the restaurants were either closed or rotating open times. Service at the restaurants was very slow as well. The entertainment was the same tired shows that need some new ideas.

I paid extra for an ocean front room & the room they gave us was filthy, disgusting & no ocean view. It was beside a stage area so zero sleep. Flimsy patio door on the ground with inadequate locks. Mirror was missing from bathroom wall & it was so filthy we couldn’t unpack. When I asked for another room the front desk man was rude & made us wait until morning. It was the worst night of my life. I booked for my husband’s 60th birthday & was crushed. We finally got moved the following day by a lovely staff lady. But very upset that we lost our first day & the money we paid. This resort is old & run down, do not spend your money here. The staff for the most part are lovely though. I was like my first night money credited back.

For the money, This is a great value. there is an adults only section with huge pool, restaurant and bar. Entertainment at several location every night. Casino within walking distance. English speaking staff although we also speak Spanish

Overall a nice place. We had a few issues with the room but they were mostly rectified. We were in building 6 with no hot water for the most part. Our sink was clogged from day one and it took 5 days to fix. The shower didn't drain properly and was never fixed. They eventually moved us to building 4 of the last two days of our trip. Pretty laughable. But we weren't upset and they did throw in a couples massage for our inconvenience. With this great location, one would think they would want to keep it up. Yes it's dated but on the bright side it's really well staffed. The people are friendly. Food is above average. Lots to do for activities and close access to Bucerias. The only thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was the beach activities guy. He was a Goof! He caused our friends to capsize in a kayak where an ore broke. He then made them pay for the ore. He is poorly trained and tried to put us in jeopardy but I told him to move away, we have kayaked before... other than that, a nice relaxing time in the sun. The beach is really nice , pools are well maintained. Close access to Puerto Vallarta. Although this is an all inclusive, there was much better food in Bucerias!

We stayed in block 3 with the great view All the service staff was great start from housekeeping food service attendants , Bar tender and all the facility attendants.. We enjoyed the fresh fruits ,juices and food and surely tried different dish day by day even if mostly Mexican dish is in the menu we’re happy that we got to taste and experience the Mexican vibe for a week of staying In our own opinion The place is not extravagant but the ambience is Better and good enough to relaxed while having unlimited pina colada ☺️😍

The staff were fabulous for the most part. We asked for a lamp we never received. The food was hit and miss. The rooms were clean but no coffee in the room, the shower leaked and we did have 1 cockroach in the room. The pools were gross by mid afternoon, someone threw up and the staff did nothing. I would not go there again.

The food is terrible. Truly terrible. Pools were closed more than they were open. We didn’t bother trying the ala carte restaurants as I wasn’t going to stand in line at 8am to reserve. The only thing it has going for it is friendly staff.

A nice pueblito style resort. Simple but clean rooms and a great staff. There are enough restaurants (buffet and a la carte) with enough to choose from. Hygiene is checked very well by the restaurant. Enough swimming pools to find yourself a quiet spot and a nice beach.

We didn’t get the king bed rooms we requested. Both rooms had two doubles. Our room didn’t have the mini fridge. The food was horrible. We left the resort to eat most meals. Drinks were good and the staff was friendly. Multiple beautiful pools to play in. Beach was great and we got to get a kayak and boogie boards and that was great. The evening shows at the theater were fantastic.
