Ok hotell
Bra opphold. Svært lytt ut i korridoren, som gjorde at vi våknet flere ganger ila natten. Sengen ble redd opp én gang ila 5 netter, og de gikk ikke over gulvene heller. Sengeskift sto oppført hver andre dag, men ble aldri gjort. Hotellet ligger sentralt og vi er ellers fornøyde.

Got an upgrade to a huge, beautiful room. Breakfast delivered to table due to COVID-19 but attentive staff that brought whatever one wishes (I ordered an omelette). Great location in posh part of central Brussels

Da vi kom for og skjekke inn,hadde de gjort en feil,så vi fikk et supert rom da de gjorde en feil ang.vårt rom.....Utrolig betjening i forhold til andre hoteller i nærheten.. Frokost
Fikk ved innsjekkingen beskjed om at det var frokost frem til kl 10. Vi kom ned til frokost 930. Da var det 3 andre gjester der. Det var mye rydding og levering av varer i lokalet, noe som gjorde at det ble bråkete og mye støy. Personalet var opptatt av å klargjøre lokalet til lunsj.

Perfekt hotell!
Nydelig hotell som ligger lokalt til med mye restauranter,barer og butikker nære hotellet. Personlalet er super hjelpsomme og hyggelige og det kunne ikke vært bedre service! Rommene er store og flotte og frokosten er fantastisk!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Thon Hotel! Front desk was very helpful and rooms are quite spacious. The hotel is located in a type of "design district" with walkable access to all the luxury stores but also quite close to La Grande Place square (20-25 minute walk). I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Check in said 2pm but room wasn’t ready until 5pm. Bag was lost in the bag drop but was eventually found. The bag was moved to a different room. There was no bin in the main room either only a bin in the bathroom. Apart from that bed was very comfy and spacious room. And good location

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and it was lovely. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable.The location of the hotel is also good. While we were in Brussels, we took a local train to Braine L'Alleud station to visit Waterloo battlefield/Lion's Mound. The museum was excellent and climbing 225 steps was worth the trouble. I will recommend the hotel.

My flight got in much earlier than the check-in time but they were able to find me an upgraded room within 15 minutes. Location is 5 minute walk from the metro and tram. Rooms were clean and quiet, staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had an overnight in Brussels after a river cruise and stayed at this hotel. Everyone was courteous & helpful, nice big rooms, clean & centrally located to shopping & dining. Also a great bar & restaurant on site. I highly recommend.

トラムの駅も近く、メトロも近く、とても清潔で広くて素敵なお部屋でした。 ベットも寝心地良く、温かいお湯を溜めたバスタブは、疲れた足を回復させてくれました。 チェックイン前でしたが、観光の為に荷物を預かってもらえました。フロントの方は、皆さん紳士でした。 とてもお勧めしたいホテルです。

We arrived on a day where the systems were being upgraded, and a few issues with our room, but the staff worked their hardest to sort it out. Pros: - The staff were excellent. Some might be a little inexperienced and had to go up the chain, but the willingness to help was definitely there, especially on a day when systems were being upgraded and everyone was stressed. - Location was decent. 5 mins walk to the metro, walkable to the old town as well as food and shops. Quiet in the evenings. Cons: - The hotel room was stifling HOT as air conditioning wasn't on yet this time of year. With the huge windows, the temperature was like a sauna at times. Might be better in later part of year when aircon is turned on. - The initial room we were put in was a little weird. There was ciggerette smells in the room, the kettle had soap in it. - Room condition was a little dated. Shower kept leaking water out into the main area.
