This was an average hotel experience, nothing more. The swimming pool is very shallow, so not really suitable for swimming, more for relaxation. The service level was average, the receptionist I met the night I checked in seemed a bit grumpy.

Fint hotell med god beliggenhet sentralt i Brussel. Kun noen minutters gange til Grand Place og rett rundt hjørnet ligger Saint Catherine med masse barer og restauranter. Hotellet ligger også rett ved De Brouckere som har undergrund til EU-kvarteret og jernbanestasjonen. Sengene kunne vært noe bedre.

Fint hotell i sentrum
Fint og rent hotell i sentrum av Brussel, kort vei å gå til det meste. Frokosten som var inkludert, fikk vi ikke testet, men lokalene så fine ut. Rommet var rent og fint, nye vannflasker i kjøleskapet hver dag var kjekt og mulighet til å lage kaffe/te på rommet. At det rives og bygges på andre siden av veien, plaget ikke oss nevneverdig. Hotell jeg fint kan dra tilbake til.

Great location, could not get better price for family of 4. usually in Europe, you would need to book 2 rooms but this hotel had small twin beds next to the double sized bed. Location was so great, 2 blocks from Grand Palace. Great value, would recommend.

So far out of 9 hotels on my swing thru 7 countries, this Novotel Hotel was by far the best. Location and room size were great. Room was clean and at least twice as large as the other hotel rooms. Had better amenities such as a pool, which I didn’t have time to use. Great bar. Staff were superb.

All good - front of house were wonderful - the breakfast was fine - the room could have done with some redecoration a little tired and worn in parts. Generally a good stay though

The property was in a great location, unfortunately the staff was not helpful and we ended up getting our property basically stolen. As we prepared for our flight back home we rushed out and forgot a bag in our room, when we realized we had left it behind with some brand new leather boots I instantly called the hotel. The staff kept the bag and denied it being left behind. Therefore I would not trust my belongings at this location .
