Vennlig og imøtekommende personale. Liten restaurant m god mat . En stor bar også m servering samt en fin terrasse for gode kvelder. Lekkert "Sofotel" sengetøy. Litt dyr rompris.

Behagelig hotell
Dette er et flott hotell, med svært god service og tiltalende lokaler. Kort gangavstand til attraktive områder - som f.eks. Sablon, Grand Place.

Helt greit hotell i bra shoppingstrøk
Såkalt designhotell som begynner å bli litt slitent/utdatert. Helt greie, romslige rom, gode senger, hyggelig bakgård, men ikke noe mer spesielt enn det. Bra beliggenhet for shopping og flere hyggelige restaurantstrøk i nærheten. Tar ca 30 min å gå til EU-kvartalet (10 min med taxi).

Nydelig hotell
Flott hotell i flott område. Rommet var flott, med nydelige senger som en kjenner igjen fra andre hotell i kjeden.

Nok ett fint opphold.
God service, god hjelp fra personalet. Fint rom og deilig dusj med flotte produkter. Rent overalt, og bra med rydding og rengjøring gjennom dagen. Beliggenhet er helt greit, midt i byen, lett å komme til alle steder. Ikke helt nœr de beste resturantene og utesteder, men lett tilgjengelig via en kort tur med trikk, metro eller taxi.

Only two negatives: Bed was a bit too soft. And the bathroom should have a lock. Otherwise, very nice and friendly staff. Posh area.

God beliggenhet, dårlig service
Rommene er moderne og funksjonelle. Videre har hotellet en svært god beliggenhet i Brüssels fasjonable shoppingstrøk. Andre deler av byen er lett tilgjengelig med metro og tog, som ligger kun kort vei fra hotellet. Servicemessig har hotellet imidlertid mer å hente: Det var lang ventetid i resepsjonen. Også servitørene i hotellets bar og restaurant tilbød treg service, og var samtidig lite hyggelige.

For moderne for vår smak med litt kompliserte "dubeditter" som komplisert dusj, vanskelig adgang for personer med problem med rulletrapper, separat eggkoking tar for lang tid etc. Ellers hyggelig og grei betjening.

Stedet å bo i Brüssel
Supert hotell med fantastisk beliggenhet i shoppingområde ved både bane, trikk og drosjeholdeplass. Lekkert og moderne interiør med hjelpsom betjening. Alt var perfekt bortsett fra at det ikke var en gjeste-pc med printer tilgjengelig. Frokost på hotellet var dessuten ganske kostbart.

Best of both worlds
Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på dette hotellet!! Rommene var überstilig, og sengene var som en drøm! Spesielt dusjen på badet var veldig behagelig, og badet i seg selv var utrolig kult ettersom det hadde en artig vri med vindu inn mot rommet (med mulighet for regulere innsyn/utsyn selv). Betjeningen var veldig hjelpsom, og vi fikk gratis vann og sjokolade levert på døra hver dag. Bakgården var veldig flott og koselig, spesielt med lysspill på kvelden. Baren var trendy og kul, men litt stive priser på drinker i forhold til andre steder i byen. Anbefaler dette hotellet på det varmeste, og kommer definitivt til å reise tilbake selv!

Flott hotell med bra beliggenhet
Hotellet var veldig flott, rent og pent over det hele. Et fancy hotell med mange fine detaljer. Veldig bra beliggenhet, like ved metrostasjon og ca 20 min gangavstand til Grand Place. Eneste negative var litt myke senger. Kan absolutt anbefale dette til hotellet til alle:)

Tiltalende hotell - flott beliggenhet
Et ypperlig hotell som fortjener sine 5 stjerner. Resepsjonsområdet og ikke minst uteplassen er svært tiltalende. Rommet var av høy standard, og hyggelig å oppholde seg på. Dessuten ligger det i et flott område av Bruxelles, med nærhet til Grand Sablon, les Marolles, Matonge m.m.

I stayed for a few days and the hotel was conveniently located, easy to walk around. The room was sizeable and the breakfast was delicious. All employees were very attentive. I would definitely come back!

Great location , staff were all very friendly and helpfu, and the room was greatl. The bar and restaurant at the hotel were both incredible and the outdoor courtyard is beautiful. If we come back to Brussels in the future , we'd stay here again in a heartbeat
