Excellent stay in Brussels
My girlfriend and I had a superb stay at Indigo! The location close to both the city centre and the Noord train station is pretty much perfect and the hotel itself is very nice. Very good breakfast, good facilities and superb staff who handle their guests with great care and service!

The hotel and stay there were amazing but what makes this place so good is the staff there. The front desk staff ( from check-in to check-out and everyone in between), every one of them were helpful and accommodating whenever we needed them. Thank you for making our stay so peaceful and excellent. The hotel is next to a metro station and most tourist spots are easily accessible. Hotel has all the ameneties and more.

Very good location, property is right next to metro literally out the door. Very spacious room and clean room for a group of 3. They had a restaurant in hotel but tbh so many food options across the street!

We had an amazing stay! It was our first time in Brussels with my mom and this was her birthday present. Alexis was very helpful at our check in and not only did he provide us with an early check-in but also upgraded our room to premium as a nice touch! On top of that he helped resolve an issue which I initially faced with my booking too.Thank you, Alexis! We loved our room, it was huge, very clean and with a wonderful green interior. There was everything you need in the room. The bed was so comfortable we didn't want to leave! Hotel Indigo is very distinct with its green atmosphere, amenities and dining. You can easily spot it from outside as even the entrance is decorated with green leaves. It is very close to the city centre as well as north station, which was very convenient for our trip. Huge thank you to everyone at Indigo Brussels City for our experience, we are definitely going to come back!

Struttura ben localizzata, ad un minuto dalla metro e dieci minuti a piedi dal centro passando per una delle vie principali. É stata prestata attenzione ai dettagli e ogni angolo è curato e allestito in modo impeccabile. Camera pulita e confortevole, bagno comodo e biancheria cambiata ogni giorno. Molto apprezzato l’erogatore d’acqua all’uscita dell’ascensore ad ogni piano distribuendo acqua a temperatura ambiente, fredda o gassata. Colazione ricca, abbondante e molto varia. Davvero consigliato!

Good position, close to north railway station. All sightseeing walkable. Hotel decor lovely, restaurant and cafe/bar areas beautifully furnished, birdsong in lift lobbies. Serra restaurant food delicious and innovative. Only negative was room dark,although bathroom lighting excellent.
