Lite rom og kloakklukt.
Valgte ved en feil Economy rom. Dette var dårlig opplyst her på Hotels.com. Rommet var ekstremt lite med skråtak og ikke spesielt rimelig. Vi hadde vindu mot bakgården og derifra luktet det kloakk. Noe som gjorde oppholdet meget ubehagelig. Slipper du kloakklukten og får et bedre rom kan hotellet i og for seg være greit.

We had the best time, booking multiple rooms for a family birthday celebration. The hotel is in a great location, very close to town, but far enough away to not hear any noise. The staff were all amazing, incredibly helpful and friendly; a real asset to the hotel. The breakfast was brilliant, a great selection and delicious. We stayed in the romantic style rooms and they def had the wow factor. Would definitely stay here again and loved Bruge in general.

Hôtel super situé pour tout faire à pieds! Nous avions demandé une chambre au calme et nous avons eu une chambre parfaite tout au fond du couloir Mais le lit était trop mou à notre goût, le radiateur/clim vibre tel un téléphone portable assez souvent même pendant la nuit (surprenant et se rallume tout seul) L’hôtel indique faire attention aux serviettes pour l’environnement mais sont changées tous les jours et les produits de beauté sont en petit format , c’est dommage! L’hôtel reste tout de même très agréable et le personnel est très sympathique

A nice hotel, but I unfortunately had to change 3 different rooms: the first the window wouldn’t change properly; and the second one didn’t have heating in the bathroom. My final room was very nice.

We have stayed in two different rooms. The rooms were both dirty (stains on the sheets, pillows, coffee mugs and tables). There was no ventilation in the bathroom, so there was mold in the room. The shower water was cold one morning (not very pleasant). In the hotel lobby and the hallways was a bad smell, like from a drain. It was too hot everywhere in the hotel. The lift was very old and we had the feeling it could break down every second. Overall the staff was very helpful and friendly, but a lady at the breakfast was very rude, because she thought we hadn’t reserved for the breakfast (but we did, the day before) and wanted to make that clear by shouting it. We gave everything back as feedback to the staff, hope they’ll improve in the future. The swimming pool, gym and lobby were nice. Overall it shouldn’t be a 4 star hotel and it is too pricy for what you experience in this hotel.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. It was close to the main area, just a 10 minute walk to the square. Raman at reception was so lovely and helped me a lot with my baby - washing bottles and generally paying extra attention to us. It was very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable- we had a random pillar in the middle which affected the view of the tv but apart from that it was good. There isn’t a phone in the room which made it quite difficult to contact reception - they gave a mobile number but it was quite difficult to always reach someone. Overall a 9/10 stay in Bruges.

It’s was an ok hotel. It wasn’t a good value for money. When we arrived in our room, we found a dirty coffee cup, unemptied bin and used soap bar in the bathroom. The staff were very apologetic however this wasn’t the level of service you’d expect from a 4* property. It’s unlikely we’d stay there again.

We stayed in room 141, it had the tiniest of bathrooms, more like a cupboard. Very impractical and uncomfortable. No hooks to hang a bath towel. You had to place it on the floor or on the toilet. No shelving, for toiletries either. No mirror in the bedroom. When we left the receptionist asked if we had a good stay, we told her about our issues, which she responded. Next time you stay ask for a room with a bigger bathroom.

Buena Bueno el servicio. Y la ubicación es bastante buena, esta a 15 minutos del Campanario y a 17 minutos de la estación de tren caminando.
