We really enjoyed our stay here. We were on the 11th floor. Clean room and quiet location. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette with a microwave was handy to have. Super quick elevators in this building which is a bugbear of mine at other hotels I've stayed at. I would definitely stay again

My friend and I stayed here for three nights and it was the perfect location. Walking distance almost everywhere and the hotel itself was lovely and comfortable. One thing was the the bin was not emptied from the previous stay but other than that the room was quite clean. We will definitely recommend this hotel as well as us coming back and stay at the Capri again. Thankyou all!

Disappointing stay yet again😭 Booked 2 hours before i arrived and they had no proof of a booking on file. Waited at reception until they figured whatever they had to figure out. Was charged a $100 bond “just incase payment didn’t go through” and was offered a “complimentary upgrade” to a room that had no towels, was missing a pillow and had bottles of drink in the wardrobe???? Parking wasn’t validated yet again so paid a $37 weekend fee?😭

Please note that the bond deposit is a standard security measure for all pre-paid reservations at our hotel.I am truly sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues you encountered during your stay. We always strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests, and I wish we had been informed during your stay so that we could have addressed this promptly.Regarding parking, please note that validation for parking at First Parking on 53 Albert Street is only provided to guests who present their ticket. While I don't have all the details of your parking arrangements, based on the amount you paid, it seems likely that you parked elsewhere. First Parking offers a weekend special rate of 16.00 for overnight parking with single entry and exit. The check in experience was terrible. It was a late night arrival flight. We arrived at the hotel at 1am. The main glass door entrance was locked. Though the checkin staff was helping another guest, he saw us waiting outside the entrance and didn’t open the door nor give us signal to wait. It was the guest who opened the door for us! He spoke with a very low voice and we could hardly hear him. Not friendly no smile. Unlike the other day time staff.

The property was in a great location; however lots of construction happening around the area. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Everything was okay except it could have done with a bit more cleaning - there was mould in the sink and shower and stains on the sheets. Overall I would stay here again.

Please aware that this property is using an excessive amount of spraying in the rooms for cleaning its surfaces. In particular, the rooms and bathrooms are not properly ventilated, having no opening windows, and the staff inattentive to these needs, insofar as there being a risk to experiencing headaches, lightheadedness and dizziness. If you are committed to seeking a clean, yet not overly sprayed room with chemicals which can be hazardous to one's health, then there are a few other places in the near vicinity to consider. This would allow you to focus on being able to sleep and breathe easily, and without having your stay impacted upon.

The carpets in the room feel dirty, as well as some grout in the showers. Our extractor fan in the bathroom did not work so the tool felt humid. Overall it was ok, staff is very helpful

Good location but run down
Hotel is in a great location but unfortunately is very run down and in need of a refresh. My room was dirty and had chipped furniture. It’s definitely not the star rating listed. Shame because I’ve stayed previously and it was great.

I was told the car park was full and that I could park in the car park around the corner for $8. On departure I was charged $16. No view out of window. Asked to have my breakfast refunded as we no longer required it and they refused.

We do have onsite parking for 40.00 per night subject to availability. However, for any overflow, we offer the public parking around us and we have a partnership with First Parking where you parked where you can validate your ticket for 25.00 for multi use.Your reservation was booked under a package where the breakfast is included in the package. For any changes with the reservation booked through third party like Expedia, changes has to be made through them hence, our team was not able to make changes on your reservation. My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused.We do hope to welcome you back in the future for a more comfortable stay.Bets regards,AJ
