Hi Silje,"It's great to hear that the location and room size were to your satisfaction, and that the bed was comfortable with a nice view. However, we apologize for the lack of a balcony and the cleaning not meeting expectations. We take note of the feedback regarding pool cleanliness and will work on improving this. Praktisk og greit.
Godt plassert i forhold til ting å gjøre i sentrum. Flere greie restauranter under 10 minutter gange fra hotellet. Godt utstyrt hotellrom/leilighet, man får gjort alt det praktiske man trenger å gjøre uten å bevege seg ut av rommet (klesvask, matlaging osv). Fin utsikt hvis man har rom høyt nok. Ikke et hotell for å møte andre reisende.

Strålende opphold i Arise Brisbane Skytower
Ble forespeilet leilighet i 17.-34. Etasje. Gledelig var det derfor at vi fikk leilighet i 71. Etasje. Knall utsikt. Litt mindre oppholdsrom enn vi regnet med, men pluss med både vaskemaskin, tørketrommel og oppvaskmaskin. Kunne kanskje tenkt oss renhold en gang til i løpet av oppholdet.

Misfornøyd
Bygningen er under oppussing/ utvides, og vi fikk rom i 26. etg. Uten noe informasjon på forhånd ble vi vekket kl. 6.30 om morgenen av en heis som gikk opp og ned rett utenfor soveromsvinduet og stuen, hvor arbeiderne så rett inn. Den hørtes ut som et helikopter hvert 5. min og det var umulig å få sove. hotellet var fint og rent, men hotelloppholdet vårt var forferdelig. Ville aldri valgt dette hotellet hvis vi visste om dette på forhånd.

Fine rom, men på badet var det ingen knagger til å henge håndkler på,og i stua var det bare en liten sofa å sitte på. Bygget var under konstruksjon så det var litt byggeaktivitet men ikke så vi ble forstyrret. Flott beliggenhet, og hyggelig betjening

Blir et flott hotell når det blir ferdig.
Flott beliggenhet, flott og delikate rom. Hotellet ble bygget og det bar jo preg av det. Det berørte ikke oss så mye , da vi er tidlig oppe . Men de som liker og sove litt på morgenen , de kan bli forstyrret av bygging. Manglet bassenger enn så lenge. Når dette hotellet blir ferdig, da vil jeg uten og nøle anbefale det.

저는 스카이타워에 2주 머물렀고, 리뷰가 좋아서 선택을 했지만 안좋은 일들의 연속이었습니다. 첫날부터 에어컨 작동이 안되었어요. 메이터넌스에서 처음엔 문제없다고 했지만, 그 다음 날도 여전히 더워서 다시 문의했더니 에어컨 회사 정비사가 와서 고쳐야 한다고, 에어컨을 고치기까지 3일이 걸렸습니다. 브리즈번 여름의 햇빛이 이른 아침부터 통창으로 들어오니 방이 거의 사우나실처럼 데워져서 힘들었습니다. 그 후에는 외출했다가 돌아와보니 바로 옆이 공사장이었어서 그런지 거실 유리 창문 한쪽 전체가 금이 가있었어요. 너무 무서웠고 방 교환을 요청했어요. 교환된 방은 다른 건물이어서 짐 운반에 6번은 왔다갔다 해야 했습니다. 그러나 교환된 방에서는 온수가 나오지 않았어요. 그걸 밤에야 발견해서 어쩔수 없이 찬물샤워를 했고, 그 다음날 또 메인터넌스에 연락했습니다. 온수는 나왔지만, 욕실 수압이 너무 낮아서 샤워하는데에 불편하였어요. 6개월간 호주에서 지내다가, 한국 돌아오기 전 2주는 멋진 곳에서 지내고 싶어서 일부러 예약한 곳이었는데, 가격에 비해 너무 힘들고 불편했던 기억만 한가득 있네요. 복불복인지는 모르겠지만, 이 가격대에 이런 최악의 경험들을 연달아하니 저는 이곳을 추천하기는 어렵고, 오히려 낸 돈의 일부를 환불받아야 할 곳이라는 생각이 들었습니다.

We understand the discomfort caused by the Brisbane summer heat permeating through the windows early in the morning, and we regret any inconvenience this caused you.Furthermore, we apologize for the disturbance caused by the construction site adjacent to your unit, as well as the difficulties you faced with the hot water supply and water pressure in the bathroom of the replacement room. We stayed on 47th Floor & view was amazing. The accommodation was very clean & reasonably appointed. Kitchen was light on utensils but we improvised & eat in most nights.

Nothing to recommend
One bath towel per person for four days. Stop in the bathroom sink drainage. Strange sound in the small bedroom going on and off even at night. Very bad shampoo and body wash. Only plus is the washing machine.

We stayed on the 71st floor with our 5 children and the view was spectacular particularly at night when the city lights made it magical. It was clean and fresh and very inviting. My only negative was there was no broom, vacuum or dustpan to clean up any messes on the white carpet floor which with 5 young children made it hard as we had to use our hands/fingers to pick things up when a broom or vacuum would have been more practical and easier. The price was on the higher side and for 2 nights stay with a large family it wasn’t really good value. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional which made our stay quite lovely.

A pleasant stay, good location.
A really pleasant stay overall. Friendly, helpful staff. The pool didn’t quite look like the picture as the windows weren’t that clean, it was also smaller than expected.

The property is in central location, walking distance to city centre and Southbank. The apartment size is reasonable, bathroom is small, sink is at weird height you have to bend low to use. Bedding is comfortable & clean. We had issue with the couch in the living, it is dirty & badly stained we couldn't sit on. After reported they provided a temporary fix covering the couch till replacement which didn't happened. Kitchen has everything however kettle is not clean to use. Overall property is ok but needs some attention.
