The room you mentioned has a shared door with another room in case a family with children would come. Both rooms, however, have locks on the inside of the door, which prevents access from the adjoining room. These type of rooms are not uncommon in other hotels.Despite the hotel being at near capacity, you declined when our staff offered to relocate you to another room.
