Bra plassert hotell
Dette er et hotell med bra standard praktisk plassert ved jernbanen. Det er relativt kort vei å gå til piren og handlegatene. Vennlig betjening. Rolig og fint område. Frokosten vår den ene dagen veldig dårlig da alt manglet på grunn av mye folk. Neste dag ok da vi spiste tidligere, men den holder ikke internasjonal standard. Rommene var fine og rene, men sengen var forferdelige. Begge voksne fikk dårlig søvn og vondt i ryggen da de er alt for harde.

Greit hotell verdt pengene
God service i resepsjonen. Greie og store rom, men vi hadde en ekstra seng på rommet som tok opp plass der det kunne vært et bord og en stol til. Badet var litt slitt men helt ok. Frokosten var også grei, men savnet grovt brød. Aircondition-anlegget bråkte noe og brøt sammen siste kvelden. Vi var heldige som hadde et reserveanlegg stående, det var ifølge hotellets representant ikke vanlig.

The good part about the property was the proximity to the brighton rail station. It's a 2 minute walk from the station. They also allow you to store your luggage with them before check in if you arrive early. Otherwise, the property was not impressive especially for the price per night that was charged. The room was okay, however the bathroom was not good. There was mold in multiple places in the bath area. That is not acceptable for a hotel that claims to be of this standard (4 star). The dispensers for the hand-wash, shower gel and shampoo was really poorly designed (or maybe deliberately) because the pump was restricted to only a few millimetres of movement, which meant very little liquid was dispensed each time and it took a lot of pumps to get any meaningful amount from them. That was really inconvenient. Don't forger to bring your own toiletries though, because other than the 3 items mentioned above, everything else is charged for. And steep prices! I asked for a late checkout by an hour but was told it is chargeable, even though I'm a member of Leonardo Hotels and that should have been offered. I wouldn't come back to this hotel. There are other similarly priced hotels in the same or similar proximity. My overall experience was poor.

The room was kind of okay. There was some grunge in shower corners, and tiles were slippery. Water temp fluctuated in shower. There is no safe in rooms to secure valuables. Am staying in another Leonardo property next week and am now leery. I won’t ever stay in another of these properties if next weeks experience isn’t MUCH better!

If driving to the hotel then when you arrive at the side of the hotel go straight into the car park. THE ROAD AT THE FRONT OF HOTEL IS NO ACCESS AND A CAMERA COLLECTING NUMBER PLATE FOR POTENTIAL FINE OF £100. The hotel is clean and friendly. When you are departing you will get 2 or 3 knocks at the door from 10am reminding you that departure time is 11am.

Ligger bra till, precis vid tågstationen. Städning var bra likaså frukosten. Rummen har heltäckningsmatta. Trycket i duschen var lite dåligt och ganska liten stråle, men det gick okej att tvätta långt hår (medeltjockt). Rekommenderar hotellet!

Great location and a cool walk down to the sea side. Make sure the kids bring scooters as it's a 15-20 mins walk down to the sea front (and up hill on way back). Avoid the Brighton game too if you're in a family group Car park handy, however you pay extra if it's past 12pm on check put day. Hotel is great. The best breakfast we had!! Check out is 11am too which is handy

A decent hotel in a good location to access all Brighton has to offer. 10-15 minutes walk to the seafront and 10 minutes to the start of the North Laines. Having the station car park opposite is really useful given the limited parking in Brighton streets and the very expensive city centre car parks. Staff all very friendly, room was ok - nothing wrong but for a superior it wasn't anything special. Bath was a good length but the shallowest one I've ever seen. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good - just steer clear of the congealed scrambled eggs and the fried eggs you could have used for a hockey puck!!! Good selection of everything else though. Stayed here a number of times as it's reasonable for Brighton and the location makes it easy to get to and from rather than a city centre hotel or B&B and it's so close the the centre of things anyway.

Convenient for the station and travel . Fairly well kept.Clean. Bathroom tired with mildew around bath and tiles which made it look scruffy.
