Har hatt noen flotte dager her i Brighton! Hotellet låg veldig fint til og veldig sentralt. Kort vei til det meste. ca 10-15 min til Brighton Pier og 1 min til British airways 360 (utsiktstårn). Stranden var rett over veien og Churchill shopping senter ca 10 min. Det var reint og fint på hotellet og god service. Til å anbefale!

Fantastisk personal, hjalp oss gang pa gang med drosjer, informasjon, mat, osv. Kjempe fint rom, ble oppgradert uten a sporre om det til executive room. Vakkert utsikt over stranden og havet. Veldig komfortabelt seng. Moderne bad med seperat badekar og dusjkabinett.

Fornøyd med oppholdet. Hyggelig betjening og god frokost. Rommet var tilfredsstillende. Negativ opplevelse vedrørende prisen for parkering i hotellets underetasje. £ 18 per døgn er så pass mye at det burde vært angitt pris på hotellets side - og ikke bare beskrevet som "parkering mot avgift"..

The location & view from the room was good but parking is a nightmare unless you have a small car. Even after paying around £200/night for room, they charge £25/day for parking & the parking spaces are so narrow that you will struggle to park a mid sized SUV.

The location of this hotel is right on the seafront so really close to everything. A few of the facilities weren’t working ( 2 of 3 lifts). Our room smelt of smoke despite being a non smoking hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located for for the beach and town centre. 20 mins walk from the station and has a car park with ample spaces. It was a bit tired, one lift was out of order which was a pain so ended up waiting ages for the lift. Rooms were very much like a premier inn, but clean and enough space. Beds were comfy. Staff were nice and accomodated an early check in.

My boyfriend and I decided to come here to Brighton for our anniversary. Let down is an understatement. upon arrival the lady on reception was lovely. However when it come to the room, it had an awful smell to it, the windows were so dirty you couldn’t even see the sea though it. We could hear slamming of doors all night, a smell of people smoking marijuana though the vents and it was just not a good place to stay as far as we are concerned. We rang through in the morning to order room service as the lady on reception told us we can order to our rooms via the telephone in the room, however we were then told you had to pre order only and they were not bringing room service to us despite paying for the tray charge. No water was provided, only one glass bottle that we had to ask for ourselves and overall this wasn’t what we expected nor wanted. Communication was so poor from staff to customers and just seemed unorganised. We will not be returning and very disappointed.

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and I cannot praise the staff enough. Within one hour of arriving, my 13 year old son got horribly sick (food poisoning - NOT from the hotel!) and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Very impressed with the level of service and would unhesitatingly stay here again.

The bartender was nice and the breakfast but that's all. Good veg options. I had 5 serious issues that I've now cancelled my stay for next week and won't use this again. This is 1 of 4 hotels I've recently stayed at for work purposes in the area and the worst. Not business appropriate. I was told by the receptionist that WiFi doesn't work on laptops, eventually got it to work, my video call for work then immediately cut off due to poor WiFi in the lobby. Waited until past 4pm to check in. No door in the lobby, broken, construction site to get it fixed, was freezing cold windy rainy. I'm fairly senior in my role and company but was in casual attire working remotely due to rail strike I had arrived earlier but had to go into the office after check in. The room is old and outdated needing DIY. I had only booked the hotel for dinner included to be told it's not included but I know it's a technical issue error it's supposed to be included for free for the highest rate I selected. So dinner was denied and I spent too much money on dinner elsewhere instead. Customer service and Expedia was especially useless which is usually good but wouldn't listen even with screenshots. That I wasn't able to book it in the app only from the laptop this time so my next week booking has free dinner but I cancelled it as this week booking dinner included wasn't showing up on the booking despite specifically picking the highest rate and only booking this hotel to get half board. Disaster.

A nice short get away
It was a lovely stay, the only issues were not enough sugar in the tea tray and we had booked a king size bed but ended up with two singles. As we were only staying for one night we didn’t argue it. But otherwise a very comfortable night sleep.

Pleasant break
The staff are helpful and keen to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel is well positioned giving you access to both Hove and Brighton. Our room was a little tired, but that’s not to say all of them would be. That said the bed was comfortable and the room kept clean. The room air con is tricky to adjust when it’s cold outside but there was an oil filled radiator to assist. If you arrive for breakfast earlier rather than later then it’s a very good spread with the usual features of a 3 star hotel. Parking is available which is a great assett in Brighton.

Racist staff
Terrible stay.. rude and racist staff.. thinking there are better then everyone else. Only respect for the whites. One of there service managers called Fiona humiliated me in front of all the staff and guest in holiday inn Brighton for asking for an upgrade since they the room they gave me had sewage problem and smelled ready bad with blocked sink and etc.. Upon asking I’m a gold member in hotels.com and she started given me lecture showing me down raising her voice and making sure I was humiliated enough to leave the holiday. If it wasn’t for my children I would have done that too. I think it’s time for holiday inn to take a stand and give proper training to their staff in whichever branch you go you will only find rude racist staff.

No customer service
Had to wait hour to check in, only complaining made this happen or we would have waited longer. Told no room for breakfast, take a tray. We waited for table, juice container didn’t work, dirty breakfast plates everywhere, food awful, lift to car park didn’t work, reception didn’t say, only other guest. Couldn’t get out of car park as no one answered buzzer, went wrong way up ramp to get out. Never use Holiday Inn Brighton again.
