«This is a cozy daylight basement rental. The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. You could hear the people upstairs a little bit but only during the daytime so it wasn't really a problem. Property manager was very communicative and helpful.»

«Quiet, gorgeous neighborhood, extremly comfortable beds. I had several packages arrive during our time and the homeowners made sure they were placed near our private door entrance. They also helped us with a needed thermostat adjustment. No kitchen towels was about my only complaint. Everything else was fabulous.»

The layout, the decorative aspects of the decor, and every single little amenity that was thought of all contribute to a completely amazing stay. «This place was an excellent value for the price. 3 BR 2 bath with a hot tub and a good location with easy access to ski resorts, downtown SLC etc. Kitchen was very well stocked, was also helpful to have a washer/dryer. The owner was very responsive to requests and you could tell they went to great lengths to make this a good rental space. I have only 3 suggestions that would make this place even better: 1.
