Would stay again
Tyler and Chanda were on top of everything! Communication was fast and easy and the space was super comfortable. I kept joking with my husband I wanted to take the bed with us! Would definitely start again 🙂

Weekend getaway!
My wife and I had never spent time in this area of the state. It was nice to explore Washington a bit. The VRBO was exceptionally clean, well thought out as it had everything we needed in the kitchen etc. We had never stayed at a VRBO and were quite impressed. The beach access from the home was awesome, but the weather wasnt optimal so we didnt spend as much time on the beach as we would like. I would highly recommend this place as a nice relaxing weekend retreat. Thank you.

Anniversary Getaway at Chico Bay
What a gem this vrbo is. We have never seen a rental as beautifully decorated with unique art. It felt so high-end with luxurious touches like bathrobes, mimosas to celebrate our Anniversary, kayaks, hot tub, and the most comfortable bed & linens. We also enjoyed exploring the garden right outside our door & identifying herbs, flowers, etc. Our favorite part was being at the water, just a short walk across the grounds & down the steps. We took a low tide walk one morning, finding a sand dollar & watching heron, river otters, & seagulls. Then during high tide, we paddled our kayaks around the point to get a unique view of all the waterfront homes & more wildlife. The hosts were friendly & helpful while still giving us plenty of privacy. What a delightful weekend!

Magnificent!!!!
What a gem and special place this is! The owners couldn’t be nicer and the cozy garden suite with everything you need was so comfy! The surrounding landscape was beautiful and access to hot tub, kayaks and bay front views were amazing and everything so well thought out! Would stay here again!

Beautiful, Clean, and Comfortable!
My husband and I stayed here two nights for our anniversary. The bed was sooo comfortable and the design and details in this studio apartment are beautiful and thoughtful! Everything you would need to cook and many lovely little planned details to make us feel special and appreciated. Chanda and Tyler go over and above to make us feel welcome and make sure we are happy with the property. It’s a bit of a walk down to the water but well worth it (we did it several times a day) and we would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing stay
It was an fantastic stay at Chico Bay Inn. It was a much needed retreat weekend for us and Chanda and Tyler made it amazing. The unit is lovely designed and has everything we needed for the stay, even breakfast! Tyler and Chanda were super responsive, they got everything prepared should we wanted to have a fire outside right next to the water. They even went dry outdoor chairs and tables after the rain to make sure they are ready for us. They made sure the kayaks were clean and ready for us when we mentioned we wanted to go paddling. It was wonderful to be able to launch the kayaks from the house and paddle around the bay. We love our stay and thank you Tyler and Chanda for making it such memorable time.

Weekend getaway
My husband and I wanted a getaway while our daughter was away at a local overnight camp. This property was better than we even hoped! Beautifully decorated and the hosts were available if needed (although there was nothing that they haven't thought of so we didn't need to bother them at all). We enjoyed having coffee by the water and a nice fire at night. Kitchen is stocked with anything you could need and the breakfast treats they provided were a wonderful surprise. Would definitely stay here again!

LOVED our stay at Chico Bay Inn! Our first VRBO and they have set the bar HIGH! We felt cared for in their welcome note, the breakfast food & mimosa’s! The Garden Inn is special, warm, comforting & had everything we needed and then some. Even though it was cold I walked down to the water several times and enjoyed sitting on the chairs to watch the seals on the swim platform or take in the many different birds. Even at night they have the gardens and stairs beautifully lit. I can’t say enough good things about our stay & the special couple that run it with love. This was a much needed vacation for my husband and I! It was everything we needed and then some. (My husband uses a walker & it was accommodating to him.) We are grateful & will be sure to plan another stay in the future.

Superb guest experience
My wife and I had a lovely anniversary weekend at this rental. It is well located, off a quiet street, but only a short drive into town. My overall impression was that the owners really cared about the guest experience, and it showed in the small welcoming touches, and the amenities of the unit. The front door is a short distance from the parking, making it easy to load and unload. The door uses a keypad, which made check in easy, and we never had to worry about a key. The hosts had left a welcome message for us, and ingredients for mimosas and pancakes. There were other nice touches, such as having slippers and robes available, and a well-stocked kitchen with coffee makings, and more. They also had a binder with directions for how to use everything from appliances to the bed, and where to find items you might want for cooking or using the fire pit. Besides, clearly thinking through the guest experience, I also thought the unit was tastefully decorated, and had high-end touches that really made the experience top notch. The fancy shower was a delight, and we loved using the bed with the moveable base while watching tv. The hot tub was basic but close to the entrance, and in the cutest little garden area. The highlight though, was access to the bay via a set of stairs that brings you right down to the water. There was a set of chairs with an umbrella, and a fire pit. The hosts also thoughtfully provided a box of kindling already down there, and blankets for outside so you could get cozy. We enjoyed our morning coffee everyday down on the water, watching the wildlife. We also used the fire pit in the evening and watched the sunset. Truly a magical location! The only snag we experienced was the hot tub getting an error on our second night and needing to be re-set. The host was very responsive to my text, and we were able to get things fixed without even leaving the tub! Overall, I would highly recommend staying here, and will certainly return myself.

Best VRBO
What a wonderful place and hosts. This is the best VRBO we have stayed at. The attention to detail was amazing. Chanda and Tyler are extremely nice and welcoming hosts. We were trying to think of something "they" forgot but couldn't come up with anything. The location is a perfect mid-way point on the peninsula for exploring the upper and lower half. Perfectly Appointed Studio
Chandra and Tyler have provided a great home/base to the peninsula. The full kitchen was such a plus for our trip, and the entire space is thoughtfully appointed and so well decorated. They were excellent hosts, communicating quickly when we had questions, and making certain all of our needs were met. The beach access and kayaks were an added bonus. I would highly recommend this property.

I booked the Garden Suite for my wedding night and the day after, as we're postponing the honeymoon until next year. Although I ended up getting sick the day before the wedding and couldn't take full advantage of the property as a result, Chanda and Tyler made us very comfortable and we made the most of it. The suite was spotless, the garden beautiful and quiet, and the location is great. It's secluded and private, but easily accessible from the main highway. Thank you Chen's for providing such a comfortable place to rest after a very hectic weekend!

Attention to detail
This vacation rental did not disappoint! We greatly appreciated the attention given to every detail. Our hosts really thought through and anticipated potential needs. The rental unit was contemporary and beautifully appointed. Cleanliness was top notch. My husband and I enjoyed the charming patio area and relaxing spa with a view of the inlet. We also enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable chairs beachside with the fire pit. This truly was a lovely, private getaway. We would love to return for a visit in the future. Incredible, quiet, romantic stay
These hosts have thought of everything. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The shower is like something out of a sci-fi movie! The home is tucked away in a quiet location by the beach. We enjoyed building a fire on the shore (everything provided) and watching the tide roll in and out at different times of day. This was just what the doctor ordered for our relationship!

Superb Stay!
Our stay was amazing! Chanda greeted us at check in and immediately made us feel welcomed in their property. The studio was immaculate and beautiful. We had everything we could possibly need. They provided beach towels and fire woods for us. They even had mimosa for us too. We were just amazed by the thoughtfulness and generosity of our host. The bulkhead is the best part of the property. It was so calming and relaxing hanging out there. We highly recommend this place if you are visiting the Kitsap county area. We’ll definitely come back to this spectacular place!

WONDERFUL LUXURY GARDEN SUITE IN BREMERTON
We visited our daughter for the holidays who is stationed in Silverdale and found this great VRBO located in Bremerton - waterfront access. Perfect for two! Accommodations were wonderful!! And very welcoming. The hosts were so pleasant and accommodating. We experienced weather issues - snow! Which we are used to as we are from Minnesota - experienced flight delays - host offered us to extend stay which was appreciated. We will be returning to Chico Bay Inn - on our future visits to WA to visit our daughter. Thank you Chanda!!!

A little slice of heaven
The hosts are incredible and every detail was just perfection. If you're looking for a getaway to rest, relax and explore, this is the place. We had the best time enjoying the calm of the bay and taking in the surroundings, mainly the eagles and sea life. We will absolutely be back!

Cozy studio with a great location
We stayed the weekend at this cozy location and really enjoyed it! The water is easy to access - a great place to kayak or paddleboard. It rained the first night we got there, but cleared up nicely on our second day. The entry/exit routine was streamlined and easy to understand. The interior is nicely decorated, well maintained, and the shower/bath was a nice treat. Would love to come back and stay again next year!

This is a fantastic inn, or rather a unit attached to the owners's home. The place was super comfortable, modern, quiet, well-stocked, with brand-new appliances and decor. A stair gets you down to the beach, where we enjoyed the sun and the fantastic views, although we didn't get to use the kayaks. The owners are super friendly an helpful. Clear communication with them was easy, as they responded almost immediately to any question or request we had. We will certainly book this place again whenever we travel back to this area

Beautiful View and Comfy Space
This is our second time staying here. The first time was so amazing we had to come back! Chandra and Tyler are great hosts, very easy to communicate with, and put a lot of thought into creating the space. The kitchen is well stocked, the bed is comfortable, and the seating area outside has the perfect view. All in all, it was a relaxing getaway and conveniently located near great food too!

Great experience at this property. We only stayed two nights, next time it will be longer for sure. The suite is lovely and very comfortable. Perfect PNW Experience
We spent a month at Chico Bay Inn, what a perfect spot! It was the most immaculate accommodation we have ever rented. Beyond that Tyler & Chanda provided a well thought out and beautifully appointed unit. Their attention to detail was amazing and there was nothing we didn’t have to make our stay memorable. From enjoying coffee on the beach to kayaking the beautiful waters or enjoying the private garden space with water views, it was perfect. Chico Bay
It was a charming space and property. The hosts Chandra and Tyler were very friendly and accommodating ensuring we had everything we need. We used the kayaks during high tide when the water was calm. Would definitely come back.

Perfection in the Pacific Northwest
This beautiful getaway offered everything and so much more. A truly special place with all the feels of the Pacific NW. We stayed for two week and didn’t want to leave! A beautifully decorated guest house which is immaculate and thoughtfully appointed. From Alexa and Hulu to board games - important for those rainy days. Such a peaceful location with an Oceanside seating area and kayaks to explore! The hosts are so kind and welcoming! They also communicated with us prior to arrival and even provided a baby pak n play for our grandson; when we casually mentioned that we were going to be visiting him. That’s attention to detail! We can’t wait to visit again!!

Absolute Perfection!
I loved staying in the Garden Suite! It had everything I needed and more. The whole experience was so easy and seamless. The bay was beautiful and it was so lovely to enjoy sitting outside, relaxing and watching for wildlife. Chanda and Tyler are two of the kindest, nicest people you will ever meet! Being hosts is their super power. You can tell they are serious about wanting you to enjoy your stay at their place. They gave me some great recommendations for local food - you must try Sluy's in Poulsbo! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erlands Point and can't wait to come back!

You’ll compare every other stay to this one
This was the best stay that we have ever had and for so many reasons that quite frankly, I don’t have to space to be able to mention them all. The seals, bald eagles, cranes and beautiful bay were a small sliver of what we took home with us. Chanda and Tyler have not let a single detail slip through the cracks. Their place was beautiful, warm and inviting and very thoughtfully executed. We were left wanting nothing more and I mean nothing. They left a personalized message for us and provided things that go above and beyond what many people believe the shared-home experience to be about. There were beautiful string lights and torches lit for us both evenings and Tyler even wiped down the chairs for us and cleaned out the fire pit while we were enjoying kayaking. This was NOT just a stay, we were not a dollar sign, we were valued guests and we will compare every stay to this one. Thank you both.

Chico Bay Inn was a delightful experience that exceeded our expectations
Chanda and Tyler are the most gracious, kind and thoughtful hosts we've had in all of our years of travel. They planned for and thought of every detail that resulted in a personalized and wonderful experience during our entire 2 week stay. From providing advance recommendations on outdoor hikes/walks, historical points of interest , restaurants, breweries and other touches such as a fire pit starter kit with kindling and dry wood, towels at the bulkhead for damp /wet chairs to enjoy early morning coffee or meditations and evening sunset cocktails /wine in view of Dyes Inlet and the beautiful Sound wildlife ( Seals, Eagles, Ducks etc) - Tyler even provided sticks for making smores when our grandkids who live in the area visited. The Chico Bay Inn location is just perfect with access to multiple points of interest within the Puget Sound area. The Garden Suite room is equipped with relaxing amenities that truly enhances a stay in experience on the occasional rainy day. Chanda and Tyler - thanks for warm and gracious hospitality and making our stay so special. We look forward to our next trip.

De-light-ful!
Well appointed, great use of space, and a wonderful integration of technology. To top it off, they have a great waterside oasis just a short walk down the stairs. It has four comfy chairs and a fire pit to watch the seals and herons play in the bay.

Chico Bay Getaway
Staying at the Chico Bay Inn was a great time! The property itself is beautiful and inviting. Considering we were trying to minimize ordering take out or going out to eat, the fully equipped kitchen was wonderful and super helpful! The ambiance is calm and cozy. We were able to enjoy kayaking around the surrounding water since we were lucky enough to get a clear sunny day in February! It might have been our favorite part. We just missed our window of clear weather to have a fire at the beach, so maybe we'll have to try it next time. Tyler and Chanda were super friendly and helpful, and the contactless check in was a breeze. They were very quick to respond through VRBO messaging. This is also midway between Bremerton and Silverdale, so if you want or need to go into "town" for something you have options as well.
