The staff was great. The gentleman on night shift was very helpful and nice. The rooms are very clean and clean smelling. We will definitely stay there again.

There was no shower curtain. They did not bring us clean towels or pick up our dirty ones or get the trash the bed was way to high my husband and I both had trouble getting in it. I will say the gentleman that work the night shift and checked us in was very friendly and was quick to bring us towels when I called for them. But we certainly will not stay there again or recommend it.

Not only did we see roaches but also we woke up sunday morning ready to shower and there was no hot water! When i asked they said they were just busy but there werent that many people staying...when i suggested we get a discount the owner laughed!

Property was clean but very dated. Staff was terrible. Front desk clerk was on his phone and ignored me at checkin and checkout. Cleaning crew came to clean my room at 8:20 in the morning and were pushing their broken and squeaky cart up and down the hall at 7. A few minor repairs on toilet and curtains were needed but with that staff good luck.

Our room was fine. Nice TV, very comfortable bed. The location was good. Carpet needed vacuuming a little better. Was great for the price.

The motel was very clean. Our carpet needed changing. Someone had dropped an iron on the carpet and you could see that. Also some paint on the carpet at bathroom door. I am a clean freak so that was important. A little outdated but breakfast was as good as most. And the room was clean.***I will definitely stay again.

Perfect for a weekend
We loved the location just off the main strip. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was very friendly as well

Well…
Refrigerator made noise.. heat was noisy.. and hot to touch on outside, when the bathroom vent was turned on the TV would go off and come back on with no sound..but turn vent on and off then sound came back. The breakfast was so so but they only have four tables so was hard to get in..

The room was clean and comfortable. Easy access to the W76 Country Blvd, IHOP, Cracker Barrel and Silver Dollar City. The night manager is very helpful. Don't expect it to be like the Hilton and you will be happy. We will stay there again.

The first night my room was clean. The second night in my bed with me, but the bathroom is not clean third night I asked the maid. Please make sure you clean the bathroom. She cleaned bathroom and walked out leaving the bed unmade. Fourth night I asked for a different maid the bed was made, but terribly wrinkled.

Weekend Stay at The Spinning Wheel
I appreciated the people at check in. They called after 3 pm to confirm that we were coming and asked when our expected ETA was going to be. Very friendly when we arrived at 8 that evening, as I had informed them. The beds were quite comfortable when we got in and the bathroom was clean. I did notice that the ventilation fan, in the bathroom, was missing from the wall, but that wasn’t one of our concerns. Breakfast the next day was juice, water, coffee, biscuits, gravy, yogurt, bagels, muffins, and cereal. We stayed after Labor Day, so the pool was already closed for the season. The view on the walkway, when stepping out of your room and looking towards the back of the hotel, was spectacular after sunrise. There was a lazy fog and mountains in the distance that caught my breath when I first saw it. Overall it was a good place to stay during the weekend.

The property had excellent care and the owners and the staff were absolutely wonderful period I would recommend this place to any and everybody that goes to Branson. Thanks again, for gary for being so kind and helping with our extra stay.

The breakfast left much to be desired. The biscuits were hard and did not appear fresh. The gravy was runny. In our room, the strip between the bathroom and the living area was missing, and this left little sharp nails, which if you were not careful ended up in your foot. We covered this with a towel.

A nice place, but it needed a little more care
We found the Spinning Wheel to be okay. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only things I wasn't fond of were 1) the room smelled musty and 2) only one bed was made even tho both beds should have been. I don't know why they only made the one bed, but I found that odd. And, 3) the curtain on the window was not neat. That sounds picky, but it was not hanging on the rod correctly. Some of the hooks were not over the rod and it just looked hap-hazardly hung. The price was great tho and it was a very quiet area. We left early in the morning on our last day and there was no place to leave the key at the office. So, we just left it in the room.

The room had an awful smell. The counters had coffee rings, and sticky looking substances all over them. The shower had no shower curtain. The beds sheets had stains and body hair on them. We did ask the desk clerk to move rooms which he did. The second room was a little cleaner. I will not stay here again.
