First, we'd like to thank you for your service, and wanted to assure you that your veteran status had no bearing on our response to the events that transpired during your recent stay. Unfortunately, while we're happy to accomodate and welcome service animals, we must stand by our advertised policies when a guest room is impacted by pet-related damages. It’s clear that some misunderstandings around our pet policy put a damper on your visit, which we’re sorry to read. We do our best to be as understanding and flexible as possible with our guests about our pet policies, but while we love our pets, not all of our guests feel the same way. Because of this, we address noise complaints as proactively as possible for the comfort of all of our guests that are in-house with us.We’ll continue to assess how we can more clearly communicate our policies to pet owners, as we truly strive to have each and every guest leave feeling happier than when they arrived.
