The property was clean and nicely decorated. The room was large and accommodated our family of four. Our only interaction was with the staff at the front desk and they were efficient and friendly.

The front office agent Edina made the checkin experience far above expectations with early checkin and fast efficient service. The Tradesmen Coffee Shop and Lounge had spectacular breakfast and you have to try the creamy croissants!

We stayed for just 1 night after my daughter’s surgery at Mass General Hospital. The hotel staff was very accommodating and the hotel restaurant was fantastic. I walked up to a 7 /11 convenience store and then for coffee the next morning at a Dunkin. I never felt uncomfortable walking or felt unsafe. I would highly recommend this Hotel for leisure or business. Thank you!

Walking distance to South Station, which was very convenient as we arrived by train from Chicago. Stylish rooms with firm and comfy beds. Good coffee and breakfast-place within the premises of the hotel. Can absolutely recommend it.

Amazing location in the middle of everything and nearby subway stations and food options. $25 per night resort fee we were not aware of, may have been new since we booked. Room air system seemed to ignore temp setting but otherwise room was spacious and clean. Definitely recommend for the heart of Boston!

My husband and I spent 5 nights at The Dagny for our honeymoon this past week. From the second we were dropped off at the hotel, the kindest doorman sprung into action. He swiftly gathered our luggage from the taxi, and walked us inside to check in. There, he left us in the hands of another lovely staff member. She explained how everything works at the hotel (big one being that you need your room key to access elevators, restrooms, building access after 12am, everything which was so nice knowing how they keep things secure) and let us know that we had a $10/day credit to use on the hotel property which was nice! We then went up to our room which was so modern, with a lovely boutique feel. It felt so good just knowing everything felt so clean and well kept. The natural lighting in the room was amazing, the windows let in such beautiful light everyday (with black out shades, of course for the night). We had stopped into the downstairs restaurant, Fin Point, one evening before bed for a night cap. The restaurant felt so modern and chic, we enjoyed whiskey sours brought to us by the sweetest waitress. Once she had learned that it was our honeymoon, she brought over a complimentary dessert which was such a nice touch. We also had a quick breakfast one morning in the Tradesman Coffee Shop which was lovely. Wonderful staff every day, excellent service, perfect location. I would recommend this hotel to anybody and everybody. Can’t wait to return!

Staff were not very helpful when we checked in, we were not given any information about the hotel. There was no mention of the facilities or breakfast options. We were just given a room key card and when we got to the room the card didn’t even work. Also when we tried to book a cab to the airport we were told to just at the front and the doorman would be able to get a cab in 15 mins. But this was not the case the doorman said it was very difficult to get cabs to airport and managed to get a small cab for my husband and some luggage and then I had to get another cab which I managed to find. So we ended up paying for 2 cabs and had to be split up.

The hotel was great. location very convenient. close to some fun spots and restaurants. outside though there were several homeless people sleeping on the back side of the building and trash was littered around the property. We were a little surprised to return to our room and find housekeeping had come into the room and moved and organized every bit of our belongings. they touched my toothbrush. they also organized my bedside table and moved feminine products. kind of over the top move. this is unnecessary and inappropriate.
