I had an awful time trying to find the buildings. I was using my iphone map / route and I went in circles at least 3 times around the area. The roads aren't marked the same as Apple thinks they should be and when coming back to the hotel from the CVS the entrance into the parking lot isn't marked and the only thing the phone said was turn left. I couldn't turn left in the road, only right. So y'all need to provide a map and explanation prominently. I did look at the website but google maps is no help. I can't call the location convenient due to the location with newberry one way like US 1.

This place is definitely not worth 200$ a night. It faces the freeway and has very thin walls so you hear the traffic a lot. The room was below average and some of the furniture was worn out to the point that half the fabric was gone. Water pressure in the shower is horrible.

I bring a UV light to make sure my bed is clean before i sleep in it. Everywhere on the walls in both the bedroom and bathroom areas are all sorts of splashes of dried on bodily fluids. The light switches and tv remote look absolutely disgusting. Especially the wall around the toilet. The bed itself seems clean but i dont want to touch or use ANYTHING in this room. I wish i could attach pictures but unfortunately it wont let me. The rolling chair also has an extreme amount of bodily fluid dried onto the area of where your crotch would sit. None of this is visible with the naked eye so i am extremrly happy i brought my uv light.

I made reservations through Expedia and when I went to check in the girl at the service desk told me that there was an error with Expedia and that I couldn't check in. I believe she mentioned something about their computer system, but this was a burden for me to try to find another hotel. And, they never reimbursed me for the stay, but had no problem taking my money without me even using my debit card.

It's nice to see that you have come back after two years and you weren't fond of us back then either. The 50 deposit is required since you had booked through a 3rd party and not directly with us. This has already been refunded back to you. We apologize if you did not enjoy the continental breakfast. It is simple and an easy grab and go. We are planning in the future to open our dining area again when it is remodeled and offer a more variety for breakfast.

This is the second time I stay there. This time around the room was so dusty and dirty. I had to ask them for a broom to sweep around the room. I was very disappointed with my stay this time.

The room I stayed in the locks were broken and the bathroom door was off the frame partially. Definitely has gone down hill since last year when I stayed

The hotel was great besides an early breakfast until 9am. The shower handle was loose, so stayed at hot and the sink was clogged up. Which i had advised the front desk when i checked out. Other than that everything was fine. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place was clean enough, bathtub needs a new coat of paint and a shower curtain that actually fits but other than that it was alright. The walls are extremely thin however so expect to hear the people above you and around you walking.

well sleeping at a rest stop probably would have been quiter then the room i got with not only neighbors and highway noise but the heater in the room was very loud and lousy although the room was warm the heater was louder then the outside...

We do have a desk staff member available at all hours to let us know if a guests neighbors are not being respectful to their neighbors. When I booked it the room was supposed to be $60 when I received the receipt it cost $89 plus tax talk about bait and switch. Not happy about being overcharged. Will think twice before booking again.

I needed a place to sleep. I had been traveling for 2 days straight by plane. I woke up the next morning to head to work and there was no water in my room. Apparently, a water main broke??? I realize that this was out of your control...but what bothered me was that there was no effort to still try to accommodate even if a small effort. there was no coffee or juice...the apples were soft and mealy. You guys could have bought gallons of water to make coffee. The person who was working informed that he was notified hours early and had time to at least buy a couple gallons of water so that there was coffee.

The storm we had over that weekend caused an issue in the building next to us meaning the town had to shut water off in the area to fix it. Unfortunately the coffee machine also broke too and someone from that company came in later on to repair it. We do have juice from 6-11:30 in the morning. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Knight’s Inn, Danvers, MA Pleasantly Surprised
This property did not look like this when I last stayed at the Knight’s Inn, in Danvers, MA, about 2 or 3 years ago! I rented the room for a couple of nights, mainly because I’ve stayed here before and the price is less expensive than many of the the places, just north of Downtown Boston. I remembered it was clean, but I walked in and I was very impressed by the job great job they did renovating the inside of the hotel💯 I can’t speak for any other rooms, but My room has a brand new, high quality bed, new furniture, microwave, and TV. The bathroom was spotless, and all brand new! They are still doing work on the outside, but they have done a nice job on the rooms, and I thought I should share!
