We got in from a late flight and needed a place to stay close to the airport. The place seemed a little older, but the room was top notch. It was $60 cheaper than the Hilton website.

This location was close and convenient to the areas in Boston we wanted to tour. Staff was pleasant and helpful, room was spacious and comfortable, shuttle available to airport, enjoyed our meals,—overall everything we needed for our vacation in Boston!

The property needs more TLC. The cleaning of the lobby and elevator and halls were poorly maintained. The rooms were old and not well maintained. The bathroom floor was sticky and tub seemed black not sure if dirty or moldy.

The bed cover smelled, their parking lot- everyone was using their car alarm to find their car cause apparently its not organized enough so it was noisy, the people above we could here a lot. The room wasn’t very clean lots of dust on bedside table, bathroom door didn’t lock, no fan in bathroom. It was a terrible unfortunate stay. Not again. And someone entered our room sometime in the night before check out time.

The hotel was clean and had a really good breakfast in the morning but the added cost of parking at the property when you are already paying for the expensive room is a little too much money we reserved the room at a price on Expedia months ahead of our visit but it was not what we paid for the room on the night. I don’t want to say it’s not a good place to stay it’s just the extra costs.

AVOID THIS PLACE: They over booked the hotel and turned us away at 1 AM even though we booked it one month in advance. We even called at 11pm to confirm we would be checking in late, and the front desk said we would be okay. However when we came in at 1am and tried checking in, the front desk said they were overbooked and had no rooms. They were extremely unhelpful and just turned us away. They did not help us find any other place. We had to call 5-6 other places and only found a motel 20 minutes drive away. Luckily we had rented a car, if we had ubered it would have been much harder to get a ride around 1:30am. There was another family stuck in the same situation who was still calling places when we left.

Airport shuttle was very convenient and efficient. Used it both to and from airport. Wish they had some sort of dining for late night arrivals. Many flights were delayed because of the weather. At least we had some sort of food delivery service.

Staff failed to hold room for our late arrival after connecting flight was delayed (this hotel serves Boston Logan airport), despite a call to the reception during check-in hours (7:30pm) to do just that. The room was rebooked, and the hotel was full when we arrived around 3:30am after 40 hours enroute from overseas. To add insult, we had been informed by the same clerk that the shuttle didn't run between 2 and 5am, so we paid for a taxi only to arrive as a shuttle was unloading (the reception hung up when we called from the airport to confirm the shuttle wasn't running, so we hired a taxi based on the previous info). The clerk on duty claimed he was not the person we had spoken to, and attempted to find an available room at nearby hotels without success. No apology, refund or credit was offered, only the name of a manager we could call later
