Sentralt og god standard
Fint eldre hotell med god beliggenhet i Bologna sentrum ikke så langt fra sentralstasjonen. Var alt for varmt på rommet på natta når vi var der, ellers ingenting å klage på.

Stort og fint rom med to store enkeltsenger som passet oss bra. Hyggelig mottakelse i resepsjonen samt når vi reiste. God og variert frokost. Grei beliggenhet.

Fint eldre hotell, bra standard, og veldig bra beliggenhet i sentrum av alt i Bologna. Frokosten imponerte ikke, ellers var alt helt topp.

Litt overlesset og med silketapet! Støyende og dårlig ventilasjon, men jeg hadde rom mot bakgården og kunne åpne vinduet. Kan nok bli hett om sommeren. Grei frokost, savnet ingenting. Fin beliggenhet på hovedgata, 10 min. å gå til stasjonen.

Fint hotell beliggende sentralt. Kort avstand til jernbane, kort til restaurantområde og barer (retning universitetsområdet), ligger shoppinggate og kun en kort spasertur til hovedpiazza og de to tårn. Gode senger, rene bad, aircondition som virker og deilig frokost.

Very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was pretty good for a hotel buffet. Bed was very comfortable and room was spacious. A short walk from the train station and close to the city center and shopping areas.

Hotel room was very spacious and traditionally decorated. Beds very comfortable. Good facilities although plug did not fit well in the bath so could not have a full bath. In the front of the room is a busy street and it could be very noisy. The staff at reception and porters were very polite and efficient. Breakfast could be good but there were two issues. Food and crockery were always running out such that we would have to wait for ages sometimes. Also there was no fresh milk supplied for the ceral or drinks except for lactose milk, chocolate milk, oat milk and nut milk. Quite bizarre! There could also be a greater variety in the cooked breakfast - just scrambled eggs, bacon and usually mushrooms. No beans, cooked tomatoes or sausages.

Nice courtyard. Front office was very kind. Rooms were nice but the toilet is very close to the bathtub and very tight. During breakfast not well stocked by the time we got there at 9, no fresh food, and the person cleaning tables did not use anything but brushed off the table with dirty knapkins. I told the manager and he said she always cleans, me and my husband watched her not clean. He made her go over and properly clean the table again. Made us very uncomfortable with the food they were serving. We stayed with closed container items like yogirt. Made us question the cleanings of the property.

I really enjoyed the staff. Andrea checked us in and gave me good recommendations. Alfred and Favio at the bar/restaurant were very personable and went the extra mile, giving us ice for our room, heating up some takeaway after hours, etc. Furthermore, they were fun to talk to. All the rest of the staff, the other desk members, the porter, the cleaning staff, were also lovely.

While the hotel was very clean, it’s quite dated. There were homeless people sleeping just outside the front doors.

Spotless room and bathroom. Changed the sheets frequently..the hallways need to be refreshed.. Lovely garden withfurniture to sit in .. tables etc… very good breakfast..

Easy walk to the towers. Rooms are a bit worn yet still comfortable. Ask to be away from the garbage collection noise-it will definitely wake you! Breakfast is in our top 10 globally!
