«Wonderful. Pigeon Forge is a busy place. Lots of flashing lights and noise. Staff was friendly. The room was large and QUIET! Nice two seater couch and table. Great air conditioner. We did not use the fireplace. The beds were a bit firm for me,but in good shape and the room was clean. The balcony over the river was so very peaceful. We didn't make.it down in time for breakfast but there was fresh coffee all day. On the down side, low water pressure in the shower but good hot water. Would ...

«We just stayed one night on a road trip. Our room had one king size bed and was spacious. It met our needs but there was a smell in the room that kept me up most of the night. The breakfast was all processed foods so that was disappointing. Glad we got a free breakfast though and there was plenty of parking.»

«The room was clean & spacious, could have used more pillows but overall was fine. The pool area looked great—but later in the evenings it does get quite noisy just keep in mind if your room is nearby. Breakfast is good but they could change it up a bit —instead of sausage all the time maybe ham or bacon, pancake or waffle maker wud be good too! »
