We were put in a room where we discovered, after a 12 hour drive and showering, that the mattress was soaked in urine. There is no possible way that housekeeping "missed it" because it took up most of the bed. We notified front desk staff and were moved to another room. Upon showering, again, a pube was in the shower. When we went to check out, I asked about a refund and was told to call a specific person to get that going. Here we are, 6 hours after leaving the hotel and we have heard NOTHING from them. The property was overall dirty and it seemed there were several long-term residents there, hanging out on the balcony. I guess you get what you pay for but this was ridiculous. Red Roof, make this right!
