We were put in a room where we discovered, after a 12 hour drive and showering, that the mattress was soaked in urine. There is no possible way that housekeeping "missed it" because it took up most of the bed. We notified front desk staff and were moved to another room. Upon showering, again, a pube was in the shower. When we went to check out, I asked about a refund and was told to call a specific person to get that going. Here we are, 6 hours after leaving the hotel and we have heard NOTHING from them. The property was overall dirty and it seemed there were several long-term residents there, hanging out on the balcony. I guess you get what you pay for but this was ridiculous. Red Roof, make this right!

Staff are not friendly and didn’t give any information. The property is loud, there were people out of their room really late, and then people being super loud and yelling at 530-6am. Wasn’t told when check out was, if there was any breakfast. Room smelled like smoke. It is what it is, a place to sleep if you need it. I just won’t go out of my way to stay again. Disappointed.

When we got off I65, the cops had 2 people pulled over. During the night I looked outside, and the police were arresting 2 more peole in the parking lot of the hotel. The staff was great. The rooms were clean, but the comforter was stained. The mattress was horrible and made popping sounds when you moved. Parking was a nightmare since a semi takes up most of the parking in the front and runs his engine all night.

I paid $100 per night for a non smoking room that smelt like smoke. They did let us change rooms after the first night but was inconvenient. As we were at desk trying to change rooms I heard front desk clerk quote rooms for $66 a night. Extremely disappointed.

The staff were wonderful and helpful. The issue was our room was incredibly dirty. There was grease and food on multiple surfaces (light switches, walls, the remote, etc.). Our sheets were dirty and did not seem to be clean. When we called the front desk they were kind and worked with us to fix the issue with the sheets.
