I got very good help from staff. Super helpfull. Desent breakfast. Very central to trainstation and so many good chinese/asian restaurants just outside door. Try to ask for quiet room in weekends as some rooms are above a club.

Sentralt og rimelig hotell
Greit hotell, bra beliggenhet, hjelpsom og hyggelig personalet i resepsjon, nær tog stasjon og flere busser. Litt utdatert innredning, men rommet mitt var stort, renslig, stille og rolig. Bra wi-fi. Engelsk frokost inkludert i prisen. Jeg kan godt tenke meg å bo her neste gang jeg skal besøke Birmingham.

Perfekt beliggenhet! Vi hadde helt grei gangavstand til alt vi skulle få med oss i Birmingham. Litt surr i datasystemet deres; De sperret nøkkelkortene våre en dag for tidlig, og så viste det seg at det var hotellet som hadde gjort feil. De var dog raske med å rette opp feilen.

Dette hotellet har en veldig fin plassering, midt i Chinatown, og nær både busstasjonen og tog. Vannkoker med kaffe/te på rommet er et pluss. At det manglet såpe i dusjen var et minus. Ellers god wifi, vannet er varmt og tv med mange kanaler.

Pent og ordentlig hotel med mye nattestøy!
Hotellet var rent og pent, med hyggelig personale og god frokost. Badene og dusjene var fine og nye, men noe trangt. På kveldene mellom 11 og 04 var det mye støy fra nattklubbene ved siden av. Hotellet viste tydeligvis om dette da det var lagt ut ørepropper.

Rent og behagelig. Mange spisesteder i nærheten utenom restauranten/baren på hotellet. Maten på hotellet var grei. Vennlig personale og effektiv inn- og utsjekking. Ingen lås på badedøren, men det var heller ikke nødvendig.

Positives- the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very polite and welcoming. Breakfast was value for money. The only downfall was in the morning the rrom was very bright. There was alot of light coming from the window around the curtains and as the bathroom door had a gap alot of light was coming through that also. This made me wake up early.

The staff were polite and welcoming and the hotel was generally clean. The room I was allocated had a funny smell. When reported to the front desk the staff did provide me with a fresh air spray which didn't make any difference to the smell. Also, my room faced the alleyway which led to the clubs/party area where there was loud music playing into the night which kept me up. I did ask to be moved but was told there were no other rooms available.

Nice hotel, loved the area. Booked when it was Chinese new year celebrations so very busy. Very convenient for restaurants, shopping, the station. Rooms are compact but that’s ok with me, somewhere comfortable to get a nights sleep. Has underground secure parking, a big plus.

Great city centre location
The room was small but comfortable with a small en-suite shower room. It was surprisingly quiet for the middle of Birmingham, even with the Chinese New Year celebrations going on during the day. My only niggle was the TV in that oil could only get a couple of channels to work, but that was it.

Overall a good stay, nice rooms. Parking available below the hotel, but access to the entrance was blocked by next-door chinese delivery business vehicle. Managed to find the owner in the end move.

Only stay at this hotel if you’re planning on staying up past 4am and you’re ok with not getting any sleep. It’s located directly opposite a club and they say on their website “These night activities could impact the nocturne noise levels” which does nothing to prepare you for the bass so loud it makes the water on your bedside table vibrate. They have what staff refer to as “the noisy side” and “quiet side” of the hotel. Even staff admit the noise levels in the “noisy side” are unacceptable yet they still allocate these rooms. They actually ask their customers to complain to the council on their behalf but don’t provide a full refund even though they knowingly allocate you one of the noisy rooms. They essentially knowingly sold me a faulty product then refused a full refund.
