Easy to get to from airport with a direct piblic bus. Hotel is new so very clean and tidy. I found the beds very uncomfortable and the room layout annoying. With a too shallow sink and towels and mirrors outside the bathroom in the room next to the bed. It is very annoying to go and have a shower and then find that the towels are outside. I doubt the CEO has stayed in this hotel.For the price I thought it was expensive considering it is on the other side of town to most of the sights and old town.There is a metro which gets you there fast but by the time you have queued up for the ticket machine etc you may as well have walked which is about 30 mins.There are a few nods to sustainability with the toiletries being in cardboard and just the one bottle of all purpose 'wash' in the shower. The room felt soulless and dare I say it a bit cell like.The oddest choice of all is an enormous lcd screen in reception playing a huge nausea inducing wave film along the entire wall of reception.Surely this is a bit of a miss ecologically.Style over substance here. You can do better.

OK once you get there but the parking beneath the Bilbao Intermodal Station is confusing at least how you can get to the hotel's reception area given you have no hotel room key to activate the door to get to the hotel's elevators...better explanation of that would be helpful. Parking overnight ~ $15 euros. Checking in took way too long, make sure you have passport w/you

Overall the hotel was very good, Clean and modern. Hotel is in a good location, 15-20 min walk to main tourist attractions. Might have been nice to get a discount on the parking under the hotel.

Airport bus stop literally at the front door, very convenient. Metro stop close by. Seems to be in the business area of the city, so you need to walk a little to reach the city centre. Area is nice, room was excellent and the breakfast good!

One of our favorite hotels in Europe. Clean, chic design with lots of lighting options in the room Even the lights in the hallway are beautifully designed and brighten as you walk by. The breakfast buffet was really good. The reception staff were nice. The location is perfect for getting around Bilbao on the bus, metro and tram. Super shower and quiet room I will stay here again when back in Bilbao.

new 3* Design Hotel which pretends to be 4* because it's new and has Design This place is usally one of lowest priced 4* Hotels in Bilbao though a quite new one and has stylish applications in Lobby, Breakfast area, Rooms. could be a value place! Rooms are new and stylish even I didn't like that open bathroom is part of the room (only shower and toilet is behind a door) - this is kind of a low cost solution even so far it looks quite okay. Beds are compfy, minibar has 2 Alu-cans water (why Alu can? I saw Tetra-Pack in other places, is this more sustainable than plastic, glas?) Breakfast (usually 18€/person) was above average. Coffee vending machines only make coffee, hot milk is next to prepare your fresh "cafe con leche" - very good idea!. Quality of food very good!! Expedia had some really unbeatable rates (breakfast adder only 3,5€/person) Free Parking closeby is from difficult to impossible, 20€/24hs in parking garage. In a nutshell: Value with Expedia pricing was outstanding, not sure if travellers who expect 4* would be happy with this place (limited 4* feeling) -it's like a Motel One

サンセバスチャン行きのバスターミナルの上にあり、レンフェ・メトロ・トラムの駅からも近くてどこに行くにも便利。室内は清潔。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで感じが良かったです。コストパフォーマンス最高！またビルバオに行くときは間違いなくまたここに泊まります。

No entiendo el concepto de hacer el baño a medias en el dormitorio. Una persona necesita privacidad , sobre todo las mujeres en los dias rojos. Que a la hora de mear y cambiarse ha de salir del wc a lavarse porque el lavabo está en la habitacion? En serio? Y la tele, puede que sea super smart pero yo viajo con un pendrive y el acceso es malo . Son cosas básicas de viajero.
