Regarding the bed firmness, we aim for universal comfort but it seems we missed the mark for you – sorry about that! If you stay with us again, we can certainly bring up a soft mattress topper to make things cozier. Our rooms are designed with climate control in mind, but it sounds like there was a bit of a mix-up with the temperature. For future reference, our air-conditioning can be adjusted to about 6 degrees difference from outside, ensuring you can find that perfect room climate anytime.We hope to see you again in the future.
