Web-basert hotell uten resepsjon. Innsjekk og kontakt for øvrig WhatsApp. Fungerte helt fint. Ikke allverden av kneiper og spisesteder i umiddelbar nærhet. Kjekt med U-bahn like utenfor døra.

Sentralt, fint og svært praktisk
Hotellet har en svært vakker fasade, ligger svært sentralt midt mellom Mitte og Kreuzberg Litt gammeldags inne, og en altfor dyr sjokolade og brus automat. Men det er kiosker overalt i nærheten, billige og de mest eksklusive restaurantene i Berlin om hverandre Rett utenfor døra. Stille og fredelig. Be om ekstra puter. Det er savnet i syvende etasje

Langt unna den morsomme delen av Kreuzberg
Vi hadde et helt OK opphold på Angleterre hotel. Vi satte stor pris på air condition, siden det var hetebølge i Berlin de dagene vi har der, og rommet og sengen var helt grei. Beliggenheten var derimot det som trakk mest ned, veeeeldig nært checkpoint charlie, men bokstavelig ikke noe rundt av spisesteder eller underholdning på kveldstid. Heldigvis var det nærme en metro slik at man raskt kunne komme seg til de mer livlige delene av Kreuzberg/Mitte. Prisen var veldig god, og så lenge du er villig til å gå langt/ta bane for middag/aktivitet på kvelden så anbefaler vi hotellet.

Bra hotell med god beliggenhet
Hotellet ligger sentralt til ved Checkpoint Charlie. Rommet var vendt mot gården så det var veldig stille om natten. Gode senger, god frokost, rent og hyggelig bad, og hyggelig personale. Det hadde vært et pluss å ha vannkoker på rommet, ellers pleier jeg å ha med det selv.

Die kleinen Zimmer sind ziemlich eng und stickig und die Dusche läuft aus. Für den Preis etwas unterdurchschnittlich. Die größeren Zimmer sind geräumiger und die Bäder sind so ausgelegt, dass die offenen Duschkabinen nicht auslaufen. Also wenn überhaupt, dann darauf achten, dass man nicht ein kleines Eck Zimmer zum Innenhof bekommt

Hotelli suositus omatoimiselle matkailijalle
Yövyimme Numa Arc rooms & apartments hotellissa 4 yötä puolisoni kanssa. Hotelli oli rauhallinen, siisti sekä hyvien kulkuyhteyksien varrella. Huone oli valoisa korkeiden ikkunoiden ansiosta ja yleisesti siisti. Meillä oli huoneeseen pääsemisessä aluksi pieniä ongelmia teknisistä syistä, mutta hotellin puhelinasiakaspalvelu oli nopeaa ja erittäin toimivaa. Hotelli on toimiva henkilöille jotka eivät tarvitse 24/7 vastaanottoa ja sen tarjoamia palveluja.

チェックインからチェックアウトまでオンラインでホテルの従業員と会うことはなく、タイムリーなサービスを得られなかった。効率化を図っているのはホテル側の都合で客側としては不便と感じることが多かった。例えば、オンラインチェックしてないとエントランスにすら入れない、3人(大人2人子供1人)で予約しているのにタオルの数が足りない、エキストラベッドの用意もない(子供とはいえクイーンベッドで3人は窮屈なのは予め分かるはず)等。暖房も効いておらず部屋が寒い。エレベーターも片方故障しているのに開いたまま。 敢えてメリットを挙げるとすれば観光地にもアクセスしやすい駅前の立地でしょうか。但し、ベストな立地というわけでもない。

When we stayed there it was quiet. What was a little bit weird, is that they said we got an upgrade, but that was not true. We got the rooms we booked, so that was okay. Further the communications was okay and super easy to get in your rooms.

Wasn't too happy about no staff being on site for parking. The few employees I did observe didn't seem like working staff. Did like to self check in with pin but it could be better.

No AC despite a thermostat in the room. The temperature in the room was 87 degrees F*. Didn’t get cooler in the room despite leaving windows open and having the fan on. Shower didn’t drain properly. They experienced a building wide hot water outage for an entire day. Also the fire alarm went off and the entire building had to be evacuated late at night. This was all during a 3 night stay. It was convenient for walking around in tourist sight seeing areas, that’s about it.

The building is amazing and in a great location for sight seeing. Our room was huge and beautifully designed with quality bedding, toiletries and coffee and a wonderful shower. Communication was good considering there is no reception.The only downside is that the air conditioning didn't work and because it was very hot we had to open the windows. Our room was at the front of the building with a busy street outside and there was a lot of traffic noise in the night and roadworks directly outside in the day. This took away the enjoyment of being in such a great space.
