Bra hotell rett i nærheten av Potsdamerplatz
Veldig bra og sentralt hotell, komfortable rom og senger. Noen av personalet virket veldig ferske og kunne ikke besvare på spørsmål eller hjelpe med saker som vi synes man kunne forvente av hotellpersonalet å kunne bistå gjester med slike ting. Alt i alt bra hotell som vi gjerne ville bruke igjen : )

Bra hotell, men merkelig dørløsning til bad
Fin beliggenhet rett ved S-bane stasjon. Fint hotell og i utgangspunktet fint rom, men to ting trekker ned. Det første er den håpløse løsningen med skyvedør til badet. Alle lyder høres ut i rommet, og med glassbyggerstein som vegg blir det lyst i soverommet når noen er på badet. Det andre er sengene. For harde og dårlige puter. Også skuffende lite hjelp å få fra resepsjonistene når det var en feil i systemet med bestillingen. Måtte selv ringe hotels.com. Når det var opplagt at feilen ikke var min, burde hotellet ordnet dette. God frokost.

Only in this way can we constantly improve and provide our guests with a unique experience. The glass blocks have been in the rooms since the opening 15 years ago. Because of the many rooms this will be difficult to rebuild. We are sorry that the mattresses and pillows did not meet their requirements. To your comment regarding the service at the reception for your booking. If the booking was made through a travel agent, it will come in through an external system. We cannot and may not change anything here, only the travel provider itself, the same applies to cash flows. This does not mean that it was the guest's fault. We always point out that it is easier and better for the guest himself to book directly through the hotel or through the website. As soon as you book through a third party and they make a mistake in the booking, you will unfortunately have to take care of it yourself. These are the disadvantages of online providers. It is nice that you liked our breakfast offer and that you were able to start the day happily. Stay healthy! With best regards

We had three nice days in Berlin this week and we found this hotell nice and quiet with qlean rooms, fresh water by our bedsites after a day out and good space in the family room. Nice breakfast and very helpfull and positiv staff. ITs located a short way from the tube and potzdamer platz.

Perfekt hotell.
Ligger svært så sentralt til mht å være et godt utgangspunkt for besøk i hele Berlin. Utrolig stille strøk. Veldig spesielt og flott hotell hvor historien ligger i veggene. Utrolig flott rom og nydelig seng.

Pensjonister på tur til Berlin for første gang
Jeg hadde alltid hatt lysst til å se julemarkedene idag Berlin og de mest kjente severdigheter der. Hotellet var flott, rommet likeså. Betjeningen var veldig serviceminded. Vi synes det var veldig dyrt å spise der nå når vi var blitt pensjonister så vi gikk rett rundt hjørnet og spiste både frokost og middag på spisesteder i nærheten Lett å komme seg til de mest kjente severdighetene vi ville se i Berlin. Gåavstand til det meste. Vi tok også en guidet tur til det som hadde vært øst Berlin. Vi angret ikke på det. Vi hadde veldig travle dager i Berlin siden vi ville se mye. Koste oss. Bor gjerne flere ganger på dette fine hotellet. Spisesteder var det nok av hvis du ikke ville spise på hotellet. Kom lett i kontakt med tyskere som forklarte veien til de tingene vi ville se. Tok drosje til flyplassen og han skulle ha 10euro mindre enn hotellet hadde opplyst. Kommer gjerne igjen.

Overall we had a satisfactory experience, and I would recommend it, but there were a few issues. Their parking facility is offsite and really difficult to navigate...very tight. They were kind enough to offer an upgrade to a junior suite for half price, and the room was awesome...nice and roomy. However, the bathroom entry had a very bright and annoying light under the step which you couldn't turn off. The location is pretty good...most things are walkable.

The hotel was super nice inside. We stayed in Berlin for the weekend and it was great as the location was next to many underground train stations that made it easy to travel around the city. It was in a safe area with many dining options and cafes nearby. It was super nice and spacious inside the room. I would definitely recommend people to stay here.

Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Das Hotel ein schönes Ambiente. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Störend war nur die rechte defekte (?) Eingangstür zum Hotel. Sie öffnet sich zu 3/4 und stockt dann, sodass man dagegen läuft und sich die Hände oder Arme einhaut.

Fantastic hotel, particularly if attending events at the Tempodrom. 15 minute walk to Brandenburg gate and attractions close by. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent, huge choice of food and drink including freshly made eggs. Our only complaint would be that the sauna is only open from 5pm til midnight, not during the day. 3 night city break
Stayed three nights for a city break. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel room was serviced daily. The room had a small fridge and tea and coffee facilities, although they only supplied powdered milk, this wasn't a problem as we bought some milk and kept it in the fridge. The position was perfect for sightseeing and using public transport was easy. I only reduced the score for comfort as we needed more pillows, but the hotel offers a range with different fillings, so it wasn't really a problem. The only other thing I could mention is to have usb charging points in the room. I would certainly recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to go back.
