Sentralt og godt hotell.
Grei beliggenhet 5 minutters gange fra Zoo og 10 minutter til KDW. God service fra hyggelig betjening. Frokosten var helt topp!

Litt for gigantisk kvalitetshotell...
Et gigantisk forretningshotell. Ikke veldig intimt, man må gå langt mellom matrettene i frokostområdet. Å bevege seg i resepsjonsområdet og lobbyen føles som å være på en flyplass. Men service og hotellkomfort er på topp. Gode senger og svært profesjonell kundebehandling. Langt fra noe "boutique" hotell, kanskje litt for monumentalt for min smak, og litt utdatert. Men fortsatt bra og verdt prisen.

5 stars in every way
The hotel is so well connected to public transports that we did not need any taxi during the whole 4 nights stay as family tourists in Berlin! The indoor pool is top for winter holiday, the room is spacy and modern and artistic with great view to the zoo garden and the local town center, the breakfast is wonderful, staff are all friendly and helpful with efficiency! We have had a such wonderful holiday!

Flott hotell
Flott hotell med topp fasiliteter, standard og service. Eneste lille ulempe er at det ligger litt langt fra flere av turistseverdighetene, men ellers er også beliggenheten fin i nærheten av parken.

Perfect hotel in central Berlin
Top hotel in Berlin with excellent service. Good location close to Zoo and Kurfurstendamn. The breakfast buffet is the best. Our second stays in Berlin and it will not be the last. Highly recommended.

Ikke så bra som det kan se ut til.
Hadde forventet meg mye mer av et femstjerners hotell. Stor og flott lobby, men der stopper det meste av skrytet. Harde senger, dårlig klimaanlegg og et minibarsystem som registrerer salg om man løfter opp en flaske fra skapet for å se hva den inneholder. Man måtte stå og forsvare seg i resepsjonen under utsjekk. Over 300 kroner for en forholdsvis normal frokostbuffet er også i meste laget. Hotellet er slitt, og bør renoveres betydelig for å fortjene sine 5 stjerner.

I would like to apologise for the fact that you did not sleep as well as you should have due to the mattress. During your next stay, please do not hesitate to inform a member of staff and we can put a topper on your mattress which should make your bed more comfortable for you. Please accept my apologies for the electronic charging system of our mini bar - if the items were not consumed, we can of course correct your invoice, so please do not hesitate to speak to a colleague from our reception immediately. I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy our breakfast buffet - most of our guests score our breakfast very high due to the variety of food we offer as part of our buffet. In addition to a great choice of pastries, bread, fruits, jams, cheese, meat and salads we offer an Asian specialty corner, a healty superfood corner and our chefs prepare freshly crafted dishes, including fresh waffles, pancakes and eggs at our live cooking station. Service og komfort svarte ikke til forventningene.
Vi var tre voksne damer som bestilte en juniorsuite sammen. Temperaturen var 24,8 grader på rommet, og vi fikk den ikke ned med klimaanlegget. Vi fikk beskjed om at det var noe galt med det på vårt rom? Vinduene ble åpnet, men fikk ikke tilfredsstillende temp og mye bråk. Sovesofaen hadde en svært tynn madrass, ikke egnet for voksne. Neste morgen ba vi de om en ekstra madrass (noe som skulle fikses) og å sjekke luftanlegget. Da vi kom tilbake på kvelden var alt som før. Da vi henvendte oss resepsjonen denne gangen fikk vi endelig litt service. Madrass ble skaffet. Men de klarte ikke å gjøre noe med temperaturen og beklaget veldig. Den kompensasjonen vi fikk var to flasker mineralvann, etter to netter med lite og dårlig søvn!! Servicenivået var ikke bra, og er ikke et 5-stjerners hotell verdig. Rommet var ellers ok. Men de kunne godt spandert 3 kaffekapsler når det er tre voksne på rommet, Treg service i baren. Vi spiste ikke frokost eller testet spaet, så mulig dette var bra. Vi har testet flere andre gode hoteller i området tidligere. Så vender tilbake til et av de neste gang.

Flott hotell rimelig sentralt. Stort og fint rom, men ikke helt fornøyd med rengjøring på badet i løpet av oppholdet. Fantastisk frokost. Dårlig service å ikke kunne forlenge utsjekk 1 time, det klarer de fleste hoteller å få til.

Sehr großes, sauberes und gut organisiertes Hotel. Parkmöglichkeit für Hotelübernachtung dürfte etwas günstiger sein. Tolles großes Frühstücksbuffet mit toller Idee des Kinderbuffets. Evtl. etwas mehr Abwechslung beim Frühstücksbuffet wäre noch eine Idee, sonst wirklich super.

This is a fantastic hotel. The staff could not have been more attentive and without being intrusive. Personalet var meget flinke og hjælpfulde. Flotte og rene værelser. Vi var der over påsken, og der var mange børnefamilier (inkl. os) og der var fokus på at gøre opholdet godt for børn. Poole og Spa var gratis over påsken og der var særlig anrettet børne-morgenmad. Påskesøndag var der påskehare- og æg til morgenmaden. Hotellet lægger op ad zoo og park. Gode spisesteder, shopping og bus direkte ind til Alexanderplatz. Skønt. Vi kommer igen!

We were greeted by the staff at our taxi. They were quite friendly and professional. Since we arrived early, our room was not yet ready. In the mean time they gave us a welcome drink (coffee and tea) and a room upgrade. They were wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
