Bra hotell med god service
Vi har hatt et veldig fint opphold på 3 dager. Hotellet ligger 15 min gåtur fra handlegaten eller 2-3min med u-bahn (som var helt ypperlig å bruke i Berlin). Eneste som sjokkerte oss litt, var at det er et hotell for homofile (men heterofil vennlig), noe som burde stått mer tydelig når man skal bestille kanskje.

Nice
Kjempe stille, kjempe rent, moderne, behjelpelig personalet. T-banestasjon er 50m unna. Så begge flyplassene kan nås derfra på 25min. Potsdam eller noe annet av interesse er også veldig nære, ca15min med t bane eller 8min med taxi.

Nice room - customer service needs to improve
The hotel is OK. The customer service needs some improvement (don't talk s*** about clients when they can hear you). Also, the cleaning needs to be more organized. With some basic training and discipline I think this will be a good hotel one day.

I'll stay again
Great hotel, great gym, the Peruvian resteaurant at the top floor is a gem. Excellent Food at a reasonable price. It's obvious who the main target Group is, but its cool :)

CLEAN AND MODERN - NOT MUCH MORE
Room was good and clean, but very small. Wifi worked weill. Cold and not so friendly staff. Housecleaning forgot to give fresh towels. Very loud music in reception until 02 am each night. Also noise from vacumcleaning and slamming of doors from housekeeping staff until 6 pm each day. Reception staff could not advice on how to get to airport and did not know their own opening hours of roof-top bar. I have very good experience from other AXEL Hotels, this one had a staff that doesnt take good care of their guests. One receptionist was very rude and rough in bad English.

Moderne, relativt sentralt og hyggelig.
Moderne, relativt sentralt og hyggelig liten restaurant i toppetasjen (7.) med ute-plass og utsikt. Jeg var på jobbreise og skulle hatt et møterom, men det hadde de ikke. Jeg burde sjekket dette ved bestilling. De ordnet det ved å tilby møterom hos sitt andre hotell (One) - nærmere Kurfurstendamm.

Fikk ett rom på halve str som mitt reisefølge selv om vi hadde bestillt samme type rom . Når vi sjekket inn tok det for lang tid å få rommene . Det var også mye støy da de pusset opp eller lignende .hotellet ligger heller ikke sentralt til noen.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever. Stayed from Friday - Monday. Here is what happened: Check-in. was told I could use the spa whilst waiting for the room, soa is downstairs. I went downstairs found the spa but realised I needed a card to access it so back up again to ask for a card which should have been given. Down again but couldn't find the changing rooms. Up asking fir direction. Down again and still couldn't find it so back up pleading to the staff to come and show ne but they refused. Down again and found the changing room but realised i needed money for the lockers. Up again to get money (again something that they should have mentioned). Down again to realise towels should be oicked uo at reception. Back up again to ask fir towels. 5 times up and down all of which a professional staff could have helped me easily avoid. Room on 6th floor. Only one working elevator for the entire hotel that fits 2 people maximum Air conditioning broken in the room so it was 24 degrees in the room constantly even though it was not summer. Very little sleep at night Noisy, I could hear the restaurants closing up, moving bags of glass bottles and so on Telephone in the room was broken I could not call reception or room service - not fun when only one working elevator for the entire hotel that only fits 2 people When complained about the above issues with the room i was told to take the stairs and sleep naked. Hotel gut mit ÖPNV erreichbar - Preis passt!
Wir sind zum wiederholten Male in diesem Hotel gewesen und wie immer waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhälnis passt und das Hotel ist mit der U-Bahn sehr gut zu erreichen. Die U-Bahnstation "Günzelstraße" ist nur ca. 100 m vom Hotel entfernt. In der 7. Etage gibt es eine Cocktailbar. Die Preise für die Cocktails sind voll in Ordnung. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war eine Gruppe Jugendlicher in der Bar und die Stimmung war gut. In der Toilette gibt es sogar Frotteehandtücher. Leider gab es auf der Herrentoilette keine frischen mehr! Wir können trotzdem das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!

Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit, U Bahn ist direkt vor der Tür. Zimmer doch recht klein. Sauberkeit könnte genauer genommen werden. 150€ Pfand, obwohl beim check out noch nicht einmal kontrolliert wurde, ob die Minibar benutzt wurde. Recht hellhöriges Gebäude. Dennoch , für eine Nacht vollkommen okay.

The property was amazing we stayed for 5 nights. Bob was amazing he checked us in and gave us advice on bars in the area and things to do. Thanks Bob from the two Bahamian guys.
