At Mercure, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us.In reference to the issue you mentioned about the queues at the coffee machines to get hot water for breakfast. We have been aware of it and we are trying to improve it. A water-only heater has been installed and it has been located in the breakfast buffet to speed up this service and avoid customers waiting at the coffee machines. We are following up the new measure and hope it will help our guests enjoy a more fluid breakfast without queues.We are sorry if the experience in our breakfast have overshadow the rest of your stay.Regards,
