Basic, no-frills so-so stay
This is a basic, no-frills stay. Rooms have kitchenettes so you can bring in and prepare food, but there is no restaurant or continental breakfast. There are no amenities. All that is fine for a quick overnight stay for business, but my room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking hotel. It was fine for a low-budget no frills stay, but I will probably choose another place next time I am in Bemidji for work.

Nice location, front desk staff very nice. Room was nice however, it was NOT clean, hair in the shower, shower floor slimy feel. Floor was dirty, food pieces in several places. Bathroom knobs were dirty with dust and hair.

We did not know what to expect as we typically stay at Marriott properties. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, they have a spot where there are things for borrow, such as board games. Overall very comfortable, thank you

Everything was good at this hotel. The only complaint I have was the shower in our room was not very good. Water pressure was very low and hardly get any water from it and wasn't hot enough.

The staff was so friendly and extra patient and helpful when problem solving a confirmation number issue directly with Hotels.com as they never received the correct information from them. They helped me navigate for well over an hour directly with an agent from Hotels.com to rebuild a new reservation and saved me from having to find new last minute accommodations. I missed one of the events I was arriving in town for but ultimately happy with the comfort of my hotel. The booking process and extended problem solving with Hotels.com, not too happy with.

Room 217 has an issue with the circuit breaker kept flipping off in the bathroom and the safe needs the batteries replaced. Hopefully management reads this as the front desk person could have cared less about it and never wrote it down when I mentioned it to her. We stayed 2 more nights and nothing was ever done. The plug does work for about 5 minutes after resetting so not a big deal yet. Otherwise the rooms are in nice shape and you can walk to a grocery store.
