Good location
The hotel fit our needs for a one night stay in Bellagio. Very nice and welcoming staff. Generally good value for the money.

Man er avhengig av bil i området, og med bil er det greit å ta seg frem til mange sjarmerende steder. Hotellet ligegr litt utenfor byen, med en flott utsikt over Como-sjøen.

La vue est à couper le souffle! C’est ce qui est l’atout majeur de cet hôtel et le personnel super! Places de parking disponibles, possibilité de prendre l’apéro et diner avec cette vue à plus de 200° sur tout le lac et voir le soleil se coucher derrière les montagnes! Par contre il manque un ascenseur qui serait pratique pour monter les bagages surtout au second étage et l’escalier n’est pas très large et les salles de bains nécessiteraient un coup de rajeunissement pour les mettre aux goûts du jour!

I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. On the positive side, the stunning views across Lake Como and the friendliness of the staff are noteworthy. Additionally, the restaurant offers excellent cuisine, although it is quite expensive. However, there were significant downsides. Our room described as a “superior triple room” emitted a strong drain odor and was very basic, reminiscent of 1-star accommodation. The bathroom was not only unattractive with its dated and shabby decor but also our room in general desperately needed maintenance and redecoration. The WiFi was also quite patchy and barely sufficient for streaming. We were situated in a room outside the main house, beneath the terrace, which makes me wonder if the rooms in the main house might be in better condition. We reported the unpleasant smell to the staff, but unfortunately, no compensation was offered. It's simply unacceptable to accommodate guests in a room that smells of drains.

Spectacular views of the lake. Verdant area. Nicely appointed property. Oenophile paradise with very extensive wine list. Breakfast options good Espresso very good. Limited menu but shuttle to Bellagio puts you near dozens of choices including la punta. Highly recommend.

We got the best view. Breakfast is good as well. My only concern is just the shuttle. If going to the town center, it's fast but going back to the hotel, they are always a bit later than the agreed time.

Es terrible la experiencia el hotel pésimo la habitación era espantosa no tenía ninguna amenidad se rento una suite y todo era viejo sucio y desagradable el espacio. En la montaña y nunca ofrecían servicio traslado al preguntar a la recepcionista cómo regresar a la salida LETICIA se negó rotundamente ayudar nuestra salida era 5:30 Am y nos pidió regresar caminando desde la montaña con 5 maletas en total y sin ninguna alternativa inclusive ofrecí pagar lo que fuera para qye nos ayudaran y se negó dijo no podía molestar a su gerente terrible experiencia no regresaré jamás . Pudimos percatarnos que a varios clientes le hicieron lo mismo tanto a la llegada como a la salida una hora de camino y cargando maletas lo único que tengo agradable de lugar fue la chica que era encargada del área de comida desafortunadamente no recuerdo su nombre y el cocinero de los desayunos clavestre fueron muy amables y trataron de ayudar

Gentile Hilda, grazie per i complimenti dell'area food, Ilenia la nostra manager ha sicuramento fatto del suo meglio per accontentarla. Lo stesso ha fatto Letizia la quale avvista all'ultimo minuti non ha trovato un taxi disposto a venire alle 5,30 del mattino! Non ha neanche scritto che IL NOSTRO CAMERIERE si è offerto di portarvi alle 5,30 al ferry, cosa che credo non troverà facilmente in altri hotel. Sono felice di avere uno staff così sensibile anche se non sempre i nostri clienti sono alla loro altezza. Grazie.

Best view in Bellagio. Staff was kind, and explained everything well. Food was great too. The shuttle service is really convenient & drops you right in the middle of the city square. **So you're aware - you cannot bring your vehicle over on a ferry from Nov23-may24** we only found out when we got to Cadenabbia and left our car overnight in public parking. Only regret is that our stay was short. Looking forward to going back and bringing the kids. Fantastic for a couples' getaway. Loved every minute.

If you're in the right room in this hotel, the view is fantastic! Cleanliness in the rooms and bathrooms can be better and space could be used more efficiently (counter space in the bathroom would be great!) The majority of the staff was friendly and helpful - one bartender didn't seem happy to serve. This CAN be a 5 star hotel!

We had a great stay. The room was spacious and clean, the view was breathtaking and probably the best on Lake Como. The breakfast was good and included in the price of the room and the staff was super friendly. Definitely recommend.

Our stay was great until we had to check out. Throughout our stay we had encountered wonderful staff members until we met the manager. We confirmed the night before we would have a shuttle at 8am for our bus and train already booked and we were guaranteed it. We show up to check out at 7:50AM to arrive early. We waited until around 8:20 to ask a server if anyone was going to help us and they informed us the person would not be showing up due to an emergency which we completely understand. The manager then strolls in at 9AM, at this point we already missed our bus and we told him we needed a ride to the train station due to their error of missing the bus he says okay and has his driver drive us 5 minutes away when the train station was 1 hour away. We say no this is wrong. We try to call the manager and he hangs up on us multiple times and started forwarding our calls to voicemail. He told the driver to leave us there and we told the driver we wanted to go back to the hotel to speak to him in person because we have now missed our train as well. When we arrive, the manager was hostile, aggressive, screaming, slamming the desk and taking no responsibility. We have lost money at this point due to missing both transportation to Milan. He kept saying “what do you want me to do” and when I told him what we needed he said “impossible”. He then offered us 10 euros… I couldn’t believe he was screaming at us the way he was when this was the hotels error. Unprofessional. Horrible.

Dear sabrina,thanks to offer me the choice to answer you, so I can tell my point of view. The delay was, as I kindly explained to you because the staff in charge at the check out got sick, not the driver, and I had do come to cover the shift as soon as I could. But it seems it did not care you about it, the problem was a missing train wich cost .5,6 per person, any missing flight or big problems... it was only a matter of how much you wanted o make on it, and sorry if I did not like much. Thats why I gave you at the end ,50,00 and than was ok. I hope you reached safely your train and enjoyed your holiday in Italy.

Can’t stop thinking about the gorgeous view. Lovely stay. Clean linens, good breakfast, lots of water pressure. The room could use one decent and normal chair, but that’s a minor complaint. Can’t wait to come back again.

Besides the view, the property has nothing else to offer. If you are not traveling by car, do not even think about staying here! If you depend on their transportation, you will find that the shuttle service is not free and completely unreliable. Also very limited hours, as they do not pick you up after 7pm. The restaurants in the city open at 7pm for dinner… so you can’t stay. Also the location is far, far up there, you cannot walk to the center of the town. After waiting over one hour for pick up I had to call again just to find out that they never sent anyone to begin, I found this was very inconsiderate. The front desk young woman was very rude and unprofessional and acted like I was asking for something out of the ordinary when I asked to leave my luggage before check in. I had a horrible experience during check in. The breakfast is below average and they wanted to charge me for the orange juice… unacceptable. The owner is also rude and when I complained about my poor experience he did nothing to make it better or right by me, instead acted with arrogance. I would never stay or recommend this property to anyone. I regret my decision of staying there.

Dear Adriane, thanks for spending your time to write this review, as it happens sometime guests in our hotel forget we are a simple 2 star hotel and we try to give extra services to make them feel more comfortable. This means we have limited staff for the shuttle and 8am to 7pm continuously is our limit. Our large breakfast buffet include sweets, salty and fresh eggs for free, just a few things, ready made, have a small charge. Our staff is never rude and luggage always are parked in the lobby. I'm sorry that you didn't notice all this giving more importance to small inconvenience that brought you in a bad mood. I offered my assistance but it seems wasn't appreciate. Bonita vista, bonito restaurante. Está en una parte alta. Se necesita coche. La habitación es muy reducida. No tiene armario. Los muebles son precarios y de bajo presupuesto. El baño muy reducido también y se ve viejo. No regresaría. Es el hotel más deficiente en el que he estado. En la noche no hay nadie en el lobby. Si se ofrece algo, no hay quiern te pueda ayudar.
