Fantastisk sted!
Fantastisk sted som de vet å ta betalt for. Belaggio er et veldig vakkert sted ved nydelige Comosjøen. Flott ankomst med «slowboat» fra Lecco og ditto avreise med «slowboat» til Como!

Ikke valuta for pengene
Feiende flott og stort midt i smørøyet for både shopping og utflukter, men et personale som ikke virket som de trivdes på sitt eget arbeidssted. Da er det vanskelig å by gjestene på varme og trivsel også. Til å være et 5-stjerners hotell med stive priser, synes vi ikke vi fikk valuta for pengene. Det var ingenting å utsette på verken rommet, nett-tilgangen, bassenget eller frokosten, men spesielt eksklusivt var det ikke. Og altså disse uinteresserte ansatte - både i resepsjonen, i baren og i frokostsalen. Nei, vi kommer ikke tilbake.

It is a beautiful and comfortable property on the river of Como Lake, with beautiful views. It has all the luxury and glamour of a classic e historic 5-star hotel. The staff is very warm and attentive to any detail. Its Mistral restaurant is excellent for a romantic dinner. Without a doubt, it is the best hotel in Bellagio and one of the best on Lake Como.

We had a fabulous stay here. Everything was top notch. We came from another hotel on the lake that had a wedding every night that kept us up. The Villa Serbelloni was such a treat. The indoor pool and spa are a wonderful addition.

Location of this hotel is as good as it comes in, very scenic! The gardens and property are beautiful! The front desk is more or less useless a lot of attitude even for guests that are staying there. I called front desk multiple times. No one answered during my stay. The staff service can be improved tremendously for the price you pay at the hotel.

Great location with great views. Staff were very friendly. My only critique was when we were trying to plan our departure, it seemed we were nearly stuck without a way to get to the train station on time the next day. We asked the hotel for help/shuttle to train station but they felt 6pm the night before departure was too late notice. We perhaps had the wrong expectations, luckily we ended up figuring out a way on our own, but was surprised the hotel concierge couldnt help with this.

The hotel was wonderful. However, we found their finest restaurant, the Mistral, to be substandard. The table service was fine; the maitre de was surly; and the food was hardly edible. I gave the feedback at the hotel.

Hotel lindo, super bem conservado, mesmo sendo um edifício antigo. A localização não poderia ser melhor, na cidade mais charmosa do lago di Como e com uma área de piscina e jardins espetacular. Café da manhã maravilhoso também. Quarto excelente, roupa de cama e amenities ótimos. O restaurante do hotel que tem vista para o lago é lindo, um entardecer de tirar o fôlego, mas é muito caro pelo que oferece. Tem preço de restaurante estrelado mas a comida é apenas ok. O restaurante pior custo benefício que comemos em toda a Itália. Uma atração muito legal que o hotel tem é o pianista no bar durante a noite! Vale muito a pena. O local é super agradável e ele toca muito bem! Adoramos a experiência! Única coisa que nos incomodou foi que em um dos dias as camareiras fizeram muito barulho nos corredores cedo da manhã. Mesmo com um isolamento acústico do quarto bom, elas batiam tanto as portas e falavam gritando umas com as outras que nos incomodou bastante.

Absolutely magnificent property. The whole experience was too incredible for words. Room was luxurious and could not have asked for anything more. Great bed, bathroom and air conditioner, plus balcony access. Breakfast would probably rate as the best I have ever had, with wonderful options and service. The pool (and "beach") area were idyllic and so relaxing. One disappointment was the very high end price of drinks at the pool and the bars. We stretched ourselves to stay at the hotel and being out priced on drinks did spoil some of the experience - although town, lovely rooftop bars etc were around the corner. We will definitely love to return one day and can't recommend the hotel more highly. You will have a unique experience.

You got the point, as we always strike to make our clients' stays the most enjoyable and unforgettable ones, starting from the comfort of the rooms, to the details of the common areas, the richness of the breakfast offer and the relaxing atmosphere of the beach and pool area. We regret to hear you didn't agree with the drink prices, even though we truly appreciate your feedback. We know Bellagio itself is very touristic and there are plenty of nice spots where to enjoy a drink. Please note, though, that the bars inside the property are categorised as five star luxury as well as the Hotel, with the same service and approach and it is no use to compete with any other bar of the town.We hope to welcome you again in the future!

Incredible Hotel, 10 Stars for me.
There is nothing negative about this hotel. It’s a gorgeous hotel with prime location. Rooms are beautiful and spotless. It’s incredibly clean. Staff is amazing. Breakfast which was included was an upscale buffet style. It was worth every penny. Not a cheap hotel but worth the money. Pool is huge and we enjoyed it so much. Loved this hotel and yes we will be back in the future.

The location is perfect and the property is stunning. The breakfast and service at breakfast is fantastic. They have mimosas and a wide selection of cheeses and fruits. Unfortunately the front desk staff is an absolute nightmare. They were not welcoming from the beginning and were talking about us in a negative way throughout the entire stay. They were disrespectful and rude. When we brought this to the attention of a different shift of front desk staff, they were not apologetic or helpful in resolving it. In fact, they continued to talk about us. We were told that we could not eat outside food on the tables outside by the main entrance and had to go to our room (there were no other guests using the tables so it was not like we were taking them from anyone else who wanted bar service). The sheets are terribly uncomfortable. When we checked out, we again told them about how dissatisfied we were with the service and they did not even make a comment. They said, “oh, no?” And then changed the topic getting back to our bill. They are a disgrace for a 5 star resort. All this hotel cares about is taking your money. I would recommend staying at another property in Bellagio or perhaps a true 5 star resort in Tremezzo.
