The staff were welcoming and made sure all was fine. The cleanliness was exemplary. Breakfast brought to the room was a very nice touch. We will definitely stay here next time we are in the area.

Enjoyed our stay. Comfy room with everything we needed for our short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and liked that it was brought to our room each morning. Will definitely stay there again.

We liked everything except it was cold and very rainy and there was no duvet in the cover or extra blankets so we couldn’t sleep because we were cold all night long and no-one to contact. Apart from this oversight it was a beautiful unit and the cooked to order breakfast was first class.

I honestly could not find fault in this accommodation. The room was so clean and fresh and the beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was very inviting and the owner was so lovely to speak with to top it off. The breakfast included was delicious and to get a coffee from the cafe on the property we would definitely come back and stay and highly recommend

Excellent motel we were warmly welcomed by the owners. Clean, renovated, calm by the beach. Breakfast served to the room. I asked for a microwave and 2 minutes later it was in the room. Excellent service i strongly recommand it. Keep up your good work.

Husband & wife team. Very friendly and hospitable. Rooms very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the cleanest bed sheets ever. Breakfast was very tasty and satisfying. Thei I can't fault them at all. I'm so happy to have received such great service, I'll definitely be popping in again. Highly recommend to anyone for a short stay. Keep up the great work Bay side Motel.

Really wonderful motel for our short stay in Bateau Bay. Staff were very friendly, rooms are clean, comfortable and functional the the breakfast was excellent. Also doesn’t harm having a fabulous coffee shop at the front of the property. Highly recommended!

Me and my girlfriend stayed here recently, this motel should be five star! The room was cosy, the bed was extremely comfortable, the staff were so friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back!

Rooms were cute and very comfy. Breakfast was yummy. Only thing I would suggest is to move the air conditioner as it loses its strength aimed at a close wall and maybe put something in front of the room so you aren't looking straight in from the carpark.

Very Friendly staff, clean comfortable with a delightful cooked to order breakfast delivered to the room. Great early opening cafe and a quick walk to the beach to watch the sunrise. Highly recommend!

7 star accommodation
Super clean and friendly staff. Me and my partner felt like taking the bed home as it was extremely comfortable. Full foxtel, we are definately coming back for NRL games on foxtel. Cooked breakfast was great, we had eggs benedict and apple juice. Close to everything, shops restaurants and beach across the road. If i could give it a 7 star i would. See you again soon.

The bed was great! Quality linen, and daily servicing makes a difference. Staff and owners were super friendly and obliging...and the free 'cable TV' was a bonus for the movie lover in the group.

Clean and recently renovated, and just lovely. Located near cute coffee shop, staff at both were wonderfully helpful. Breakfast was delicious and again room was clean and modern.
