En behagelig opplevelse
Dette er et forholdsvis nytt hotell som det var en ren fornøyelse å bo på. Rommet var ikke veldig stort, men moderne og velutstyrt. Det var også godt lydisolert, slik at det var umulig å høre lyder fra andre rom eller fra gaten utenfor. Maten holdt også høy kvalitet. Best av alt var likevel betjeningen, som både var vennlig og oppmerksom på mine behov. Hotellet har en fordelaktig beliggenhet i gangavstand til flere av Barcelonas turistattraksjoner. På taket har hotellet et fristende svømmebasseng, som jeg ville benyttet hvis det vært sommer (jeg bodde på hotellet i januar, og bassenget var åpent). Det finnes også et spa med treningsrom og et mindre massasje-/svømmebasseng i hotellets underetasje. Dette er et hotell jeg gjerne vender tilbake til neste gang jeg er i Barcelona.

Upon check in, the staff was extremely rude. The room was dirty. The location was advertised as near the gothic quarter and it is not. The thing we were most disappointed in was the actual room...as you open the door to the room you walk right into the bathroom. They don't disclose that in any of the pictures or online. We booked a junior suite and the bathroom is the entryway! Terrible all around.

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional! The staff did an excellent job. Our junior suite was spacious with plenty of light and black-out window treatments for the night. The entire hotel staff did an amazing job, from check-in, concierge assistance, room service, etc., the staff was always there to provide the best assistance. The location is perfect, in a safe area and conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay at this hotel again, when we return to Barcelona.
