God beliggenhet, høy pris og dårlig standard
Det ser eksklusivt ut, men skuffelsen er stor etter en ukes opphold. Hånddusjen virker ikke, safen virker ikke. Dårlig renhold gjør at vannet i vasken knapt siger ned og aircondition bråker og skraper. Klage på bråket ble ikke fulgt opp. Gulvet ble faktisk ikke rengjort i løpet av uken. Det var kaffe på dag 1, så aldri etterfyllt. Styr unna!

Bra, veldig fin utsikt, god service de fleste dagene. Rommet ble støvsuget hver dag. Fornøyd men kunne vært bedre for et "5" stjernes hotell.

Stilig designhotell med mye!
Jeg er veldig fornøyd med mitt opphold på Meliá Barcelona Sky. Min kjæreste og jeg var der i 6 netter, og opplevde hotellets tilbud med både bar, frokost, spa, treningsrom og svømmebasseng som vært tilfredstillende. Sengen var svært komfortabel, rommet hadde en god og stilig innredning, og utsikten var skjønn! Renholdet var veldig grundig! Staben var veldig vennlige og behjelpelige! Eneste som trakk ned var prisen på frokostbuffén. Men den er selvsagt valgfri... Hotellet lå ved en grei gåavstand til stranden og t-bane (buss rett utenfor), men kanskje ikke det mest spennende området, men greit nok; fordi med t-banen kommer du deg til gode steder uten å bytte bane. Kunne vurdert å bo der neste gang!

Bare noen få t-bane stasjoner unna det meste.
Rent og pent. Nydelig bassengområde med god service. Veldige gode anbefalinger fra hotellet om restauranter i nærheten. Flott "ute" bar i 24 etg. Vi var kjempefornøyd og drar gjerne tilbake.

Imponerende hotell
Topp moderne hotell med en suveren service! Eksklusivt og elegant. Eneste minus er at man må ta metro eller taxi inn til sentrum, men metroen ligger kun 5 minutter gåtur unna.

I don’t like stay there hotel was awesome but staff is not good they didn’t inform anything properly to us what is included or not in room we had one fridge but we not informed that we can use it or not or it’s not complementary why they charge for room than if in room What we have we can’t use …. When I do reservation they show online that all tax included but when we reach there they hotel charge 48euro more …. All together we are not happy with there communication and cleaning… we call in morning for cleaning room they send someone in evening… stained bedsheet but we didn’t say anything… overall they charge unnecessary charge to us

Very nice hotel! Good location!
This was a very nice hotel. I chose the Level and my room had floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city and sea...it was beautiful and I took awesome photos at sunrirse. I love that they have taxis waiting and its extremely easy getting to and from the hotel (most taxi drivers know the hotel by name). Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. The Level Lounge also had a nice view and good selection of wines, drinks and snacks. I would like to see more variety of snacks on diff days but it seemed the same every day. Also appreciate that my room was 2 steps from the elevator - so convenient!! Overall, I would recommend this hotel and the Level.
This is where I sat with a coffee and watched the sun rise from my room!

Das Hotel ist den Preis nicht wert. Für dieses Geld erwarte ich mehr Service im Zimmer. Rituals Produkte sind zwar super aber sonst hatte es nur Basic im Zimmer. Es fehlt die Liebe zum Detail. Hatten die Zimmer mit Verbindungstüre, wo bei es eigentlich zwei Zimmer sind mit Gang dazwischen. Teppich nicht sauber. Schade!

Super Dirty hotel
This by far the worst stay ever. Hotel rooms and hallways were super dirty and out dated. We stayed for 3 nights and for the price we payed I would not consider this hotel a 4 start. Maybe a 2 start. Again needs a lot of improvement, light, and cleaning to charge what they are charging per night.

They do not clean Rooms unless you call reception. Do not leave enough clean towels or toilet paper. And at night they cut the water supply. So, we have no water to shower at night. Will not return.

Our room was not prepared to received the 3 of us. Sheets, blanket, and pillows were missing for the sofa bed, took 3 phone calls and 2 trips of hotel staff to get some of these, after 1:00am pillows never came and we gave up. Next day morning we discovered towels were incomplete for the 3 of us. Next night, a water leak at 2:00am from the bathroom ceiling kept us awake late allowing hotel staff to repair this Next morning we requested an iron and iron board, we were asked looking in the suite closets, after not finding these we were supplied with the requested items, but later hotel staff knocked at our door asking to get room access to verify iron and board were truly missing. Hotel couldn’t wait for this verification during the cleaning service later that day (not trust) During checkout I asked for the Manager, but was told he was not available, but later same day I would receive a call. Didn’t received.

Vi nød virkelig opholdt på hotellet, som lå i gåafstand til stranden. Der var en vandskade ( værelset ovenpå tændte badekaret og glemte det) og vi fik straks en opgradering af værelset. Det eneste minus var at elkedlen ikke virkede på det nye værelse og jeg sagde det tre gange, men fin aldrig en anden.

The staff was nice, but unfortunately there were several problems with the room. The shower head was broken and sprayed water upward and sideways getting water everywhere and had to be replaced. This prevented the shower from being used in any reasonable way for 2 days. The privacy curtain on the glass between the bathroom and bedroom literally fell off and so we needed to call staff to fix that. There was a massive yellow stain on the carpet that was covered (I assume intentionally) by the coffee table at the end of the bed and the door to the room sweaked everytime it was moved even slightly like a horror movie. Lastly, the hallways on the floor were all metal and looked like a storage facility. There was no offer of any compensation either for these issues and the customer/guest should not have to ask.
