The first room was dirty and the second room had ants in the bed. We then got upgraded and that room was nice. So a tip is to don't get the cheapest rooms.

stort sett bra men litt skuffet over at bilde fra hotelet på nett siden ikke var dette hotelet men et annet hotel i kjeden

En 2* hotel, ikke 4*
Til å være en 4* hotell så var vi ganske misfornøyd. De hadde dårlig senger, gamalt innredning, ikke hadde de restaurant, bare dårlig frukost buffé. Bruk av svømme basseng og Jacuzzi var bare under frukost tiden, eller måtte man betale. Ikke hadde de noen til å hjelpe deg med bagasjen.

Bra hotell
Ligger flott til ift Camp Nou, selv om vi var der I forretninger og ikke på fotballkamp. Rolig område.

Bra beliggenhet i forhold til oppholdet sin misjon. Fotballkamp og seminar i nærheten. Rimelig (tilbud). Fin mottagelse, men det var dessverre bare 2-3 personer som ga god service i løpet av uka. Noen var direkte sure. Slitte rom. Selve Spa delen var fin, og var nok veldig bra på 70-80 tallet. Helt midt på treet, og kommer nok ikke til å velge samme hotell neste gang.

10 DAYS STAY FOR PARTICIPATING IN CHESSTOURNAMENT
I was participating in the Sants Open Chess tournament and I hoped that it was close to Placa the Sants. It was about 20-25 min to walk- no problem. About 5 minutes to Colleblanc metrostation and a bus stop just outside the hotel that also could bring me to Placa the Sants. I was delighted to see that they had enough space on the roof where I cold sun and a little pool. Nice with a locker in the room and the free mineral/pepsi helped in the hot weather. The room was clean and the airconditioner worked. I liked the breakfast which they had set down to 11 euros- maybe they can even go lower-9 euros?. Overall quite satisfied with with the hotel-but I have taken into account that I was travelling alone. I did not get a chance to try out the hotelfacilities. I also got a very good offer through Hotels.com on this hotel and that reflects my satisfaction. Nice staff. Grocery not to far away and some cafeterias .

Lovely quiet hotel located a 5 minute walk from the Camp Nou. Also located close to Collblanc metro which can be an easy station to travel to from airport and to get to city centre. Breakfast was great and staff very friendly.

The property I stayed at was very clean and tidy the only problem was the floor board was uneven but apart from that it’s was very good

The staff at this hotel from the front desk to the restaurant and bar staff to the maids were all very friendly and accommodating. The Hotel lobby, restaurant and bar are lovely. The rooms are spacious and well maintained.

Hôtel en travaux durant notre séjour de 4 nuits l'ascenseur à été en panne 2 fois et nous étions au 7 ème étage. Franchement, vraiment pas terrible et très déçu. Aucune remise et aucune excuse si tu ne vas pas à l'accueil. À éviter.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel appears to be undergoing significant refurbishment, the one working lift was very temperamental! There was work dust but rooms were clean and well appointed. Metro stop is a few minutes walk away, places to eat out also available. Suited us a family of four very well.

L'hôtel est en travaux : matériaux stockés dans le hall de l'hôtel. De plus, il est a noté qu'un seul ascenseur était en fonctionnement sur 2. Pour l'isolation phonique, on peut mieux faire : entendre les ébats de ses voisins de chambre ou les enfants de la chambre d'au dessus, ce n'est pas selon moi une définition du repos ...
