Kan anbefales
Super plassering, moderne hotell med kul takterrasse. Valgte hotellet i utgangspunkt pga. basseng, men bassenget er ikke større enn at det blir overfylt når det er 3-4 personer der. Så er basseng viktig, velg et annet hotell. Men er plassering med 7-8 minutters spasertur til La Rambla viktig, og kult hotell med stilig lobby, cava som velkomstdrikk og design rom, så velger du dette. Dyr frokost, men ser at dette er jevnt over prisnivå på frokost i Barcelona.

Kjære Mats JøranDet var leit at vår beliggenhet ikke falt i smak. Vårt hotell ligger veldig nært sentrum som betyr at vi har en rekke populære ting i området som er en kort gåtur unna. Spesielt Raval er nærme Rambla, samt det kjente Boqueria markedet, Barcelona Katedralen og Plaza Catalunya, for å nevne bare noen få. Vi har mange fornøyde gjester som returnerer år etter år. Det var derimot hyggelig at du syntes vi har et morsomt og annerledes design, samt at du likte rommet ditt.Takk nok en gang for din tilbakemelding til oss her på Barceló Raval, og vi håper å se deg igjen snart.

Alt i alt er bra hotell, som ligger litt roligere til, men sentralt. Sengene var gode og dusjen hadde er godt trykk. Det eneste som jeg syns er minis og litt ekkelt var at vi fant skjeggkre på badet.

Kjæreste tur
Fint opphold. Nydelig utsikt på rooftop. Veldig fornøyd med hotellet, men lokasjonen er i et veldig kriminelt område med tydelig belastet miljø. Anbefaler å unngå de trange gatene rundt, følg heller de litt større åpne gatene med folk.

Et fantastisk design hotell med nydelig utsikt over hele Barcelona. Ligger i et litt skummelt område på kvelds- og nattetid, men med taxi rett utenfor, er det ikke noe problem. Frokosten var delikat og deilig. Alt av personale var meget serviceinnstilt og smilende! Godt valg av hotell!

Flott hotell sentralt i Barcelona
Greit i innsjekk selv om hotellet påpekte at mitt Visa-kortet ikke hadde virket da betalingen hadde forfall. Det virket i allefall ved innsjekk og bra rom men mot baksiden inn mot et kontorbygg. Meget spesiell baderomsinnredning som gjør at vasken står i rommet. Ellers meget bra rom og rengjøringen var meget bra. Frokosten var fantastisk men ikke uventet på et hotell med så høy rompris. Takterrassen hadde 360gr utsikt og hadde åpen bar. Hadde nyttårsaften på hotellet, men den serveringen forbigår vi i stillhet - det var ikke bra! Alt i alt et meget vellykket opphold på 4 netter!

Overall, Barceló Raval was a great hotel. The front desk staff was polite and kind throughout my entire stay. Mar checked me in, she is super nice and thorough. She recommended the breakfast for my 7-night stay and I am so glad that she did!! Their breakfast is a delicious buffet of hot and cold food and beverage options, trays of cured meats, cheeses, fruits, etc. it was totally worth the cost and a time saver. My room was clean and the house keeping staff cleans daily - they don’t interrupt you - they seem to know when you are not in the room and they take care of business. The rooftop is nice place to relax and hangout. The location was good. It is a 5-7 minute walk to La Rambla and about 15 minutes to Placa de Catalunya, the Gothic Quarter or Rambla de Mar. Lastly, to my surprise, on the day of my birthday, the staff put a birthday card and brownie in my room. A thoughtful gesture. 5 Star! I would stay here again.

Hotel has modern flare, with water closets and exposed showers appropriate for couples mostly. The restaurant has great breakfast spread and delicious dinner options. A 15 min walk to highend stores and a 5 min walk to la rambla for affordable souvenirs. Unfortunately the hotel is placed in a sketchy area with a nightwatch circling in the evening and police car stationed at plaza. So at night take a taxi out and straight to door of hotel when coming back for the evening. This is my second stay at this hotel and for the hotel itself 5 stars but the area has changed for the worst it gets 3 stars just becasue of closeness to city center. But the area is not desirable and does not feel safe. May not be returning for a 3rd stay.

We honestly loved staying here. The staff are amazing, the hotel is great and super comfortable, the bar is good and the location is great because everything is walkable - what is not great is the area immediately around the hotel. It definitely was a place where you needed to be aware when you are walking back late at night. We were told that as long as you walked with a purpose, no one would bother you and no one did.

Lovely rooftop bar with a great view! Cleaners were lovely and very helpful always had a clean room and fresh bedding everyday. We had a meal in the hotel one evening and one staff member was very rude and snobby towards us however the other staff in restaurant I couldn’t fault. Also when checking out they got our fee wrong and charged us and extra €25 luckily we got a refund apart from that the hotel is lovely
