Dear Guest,Thank you for you review. The hotel itself is 16 yearsold and it has never been renovated. The maintenance team were doing a touch up and fixed the issue daily. However, the renovation plan is on the way. Right now the contractor are preparing the mock up to show to the Ministry of Transportation Committee. If they approve the model. Then our renovation will be started. Soon! we will see the new change on room and facilities at Novotel. I'm looking forward for that too.
